Great experience at VirtuaRecon! Dr. Brad Bernardini is an exceptional physician. He was very patient and responsive to our son's care.

I've had him as a physician for quite some time and I trust him and what he tells me and everyone is very courteous.

I was in and out my appointment was at 10 I was out by 1011

The is extremely kind and courteous. They completed my prior authorization in less than 24 hours.

Scheduling was easy, however, it was very complicated to eventually get through to someone. On the day of, there was a mistake and a different provider came for my appointment with Dr. Bernardini. I tried to call in and there was a bunch of messages about just implementing a new fencing system. And then I was number 110 in queue or something like that before I could actually get through to anyone. I actually left my house and drove to the Dr. Bernardini's office to speak with the people at the desk, finished it, and then drove home before anyone had even called me back. So the time to actually get through and schedule to someone at Bernardini's office specifically was very difficult because every Cooper number, I'm sorry, every virtual number that I called kept getting rerouted and put into an automated queue, which seemed impossible.

LOVE Dr Bernardini-he is the best at what he does! great surgeon-great clinician. I would recommend him to anyone.

I recommend Dr. Bernardini and the practice to everyone. It's been a very good experience which helped make a very difficult surgery and recovery more pleasant. The experience at the Vantage surgery center was excellent as well.

I feel like I've been taken good care of and would definitely recommend others to the practice.

I was scheduled for 430 on a Friday and found out when I got to the office. Somebody else was also scheduled for 430. In the end I waited an hour and 10 minutes just to be put back into a room and then waited another almost 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. This was not a good start.

Like most doctors, I had to wait a long time to be seen. There were two of us in the waiting room with the exact same appointment time. I think I got in to see the doctor about 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Dr. Bernardini took extra time to discuss my rehab and progress. Very much involved me in decision making.

I would appreciate if the doctor would respect the time and questions of the parents who have watched their child go through a notable injury & surgery and not seem annoyed by questions.

The doctor instilled confidence and was very professional but friendly, and all staff treated me well.

The nursing staff and x-ray technician were very polite, caring - just great!!! I did have to insist on seeing Dr. Brad because he and his father know me for about 30 years and know my history. Thanks for your help.

Dr Bernardini is great with my daughter. He is doing her 2nd ACL surgery. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her knees.

I was gun shy seeing another doctor for my knee as I've seen 7 others previously but once Dr Bernardini walked in the room I felt very much at ease and I knew he would listen and not judge. I was very happy that I felt heard and listened to

Will need a referral to another caregiver to follow the group instructions on an injection regimen for continuing my choice of treatment. Injection of Cortisone has taken effect and has eased my pain greatly. Please recommend the person to contact.

Dr. Bernardini is the best. He listens to everything. He gives options. He doesn't pressure you into any particular decision. He just gives you all the options that you have and wants to make you as comfortable as possible. He's the best doctor that I've seen in a very, very long time.

You have great doctor and Brad Bernardini, very attentive, very efficient. My only negative from that visit was scheduling that appointment. I was on the phone at least 15 minutes.
