Good experience. Except for the scheduling. There's no way to call up and schedule because they keep saying, "we'll call you". This appointment was delayed 6 months. It's very tempting to simply switch to another provider.

Office staff was very professional, very efficient, while still being friendly. Big fan of Dr. Rosenthal. He listened to me as a patient and allowed me an opportunity to provide feedback and respond. But still, at the end of the day, gave great medical advice and came up with a plan on how we're going to move forward.

Dr. Rosenthal is one of the very few doctors, especially when you consider he's a specialist that takes the time to answer all your questions without hesitation. He has all the answers and he doesn't seem annoyed. You know what I mean? He just is a good guy. Very impressed with him. So that's it.

Dr Rosenthal is a very professional doctor who pays attention to your history and is very knowledgeable in his field. He pays attention to your testing and bloodwork history and compares it to present testing.

Hi, I'm really disappointed in the service I received because I don't have any medication now and they keep giving me run around. When I called the office, the insurance company, there was no response. Up to now, I've not gotten my medication, my blood pressure medication, and I'm not too happy about it. Because everybody in the office, they keep keeping me run around. Nobody's telling me what is going on. It's very sad.

He listens to any concerns I may have and is well prepared for my visit by reviewing lab tests and info from other doctors visits. During the visit he adjusted one of my medications and provided additional bloodwork to monitor it closely. He's always upbeat and friendly and makes the visit positive.
