Yes. I had to get a new referral because the doctor was not available on the initial appointment day. I called and the person I spoke with said they would send me another with a new date. It came and it was a copy of the original which had expired. I stopped at the office and spoke with a lady. She said she would forward a copy to the office performing the procedure. This was not Done. I had to wait 45 minutes for your office to fax one.

Dr. Jaffe paid attention to my concerns and tailored my treatments as best he could around my lifestyle. I trust him with my care

That was my first time seeing the doctor, that took that doctor's office outside the emergency room. I felt real comfortable. I felt that the doctor was knowledgeable on what was going on with me. We have planned. We're just going to finish the medication. But yeah, I felt real comfortable. And the staff was really, really, that side patient knowledge and telling me and asking the questions was just over the top. So I would give them a 10-2. The office was really clean. Everything was just good. And the doctor was in there within a matter of minutes after the nurse assistant after she took my vitals and all that. She was a beautiful, I forget her name, but she was beautiful.

You did everything right. Everything should have been a 10. I got mixed up with the numbers in the beginning. Everything should be a 10.

The waiting room was busy however my appointment was handled on time. The facility is in excellent condition and the offices are clean and well cared for. Dr Jaffe is exactly what I would expect to see in a doctor, his appearance is immaculate and I feel comfortable in his presence. He knows my medical history and I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received.

I am having trouble scheduling a sleep apnea test in the lab, they keep telling me I can't schedule when I call there except for one day I wasn't available and when I call there no one answers the phone. I need a sleep apnea test ordered by the hospital and the doctor.

In my experience Dr. Brian Jaffe is the most empathetic, kind and understanding doctors I have ever had to see. I am grateful for his knowledge and his care and support.

Virtua Billing department despite verbal discussions otherwise submitted Sleep study claim to my insurance when I specifically said I would pay the significantly less fee of paying cash out of pocket. Rep told me on the phone the amount as a cash patient and I told her yes and she said she was updating she was even shocked at the difference, and then I received an EOB from insurance and was forced to pay several hundred dollars more than quoted as cash patient after calls to Virtua Billing fell on deaf ears. This is specific to billing and separate from the care at this specific provider which is well above average.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Jaffe and I was extremely pleased with the way he included me in decision making regarding my health plan. I trusted him and felt confident with his plan!!!

I found the staff and the doctor to be extremely helpful. Worked in health care 40 years myself and never met a better put together team.

I just want to say that Dr. Jaffe is one of the most professional doctors that I've ever had. He really listens. He will go the extra step to, like, my insurance and approve my medication. So he tried to fight for it. He's just wonderful. I can't say enough great things about him. And I'm so glad that I found him as a doctor. And that's all.

Jaffe was overbooked and 45 minutes late for a video visit. He prescribed the wrong medication and it went to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call the on call doctor the next day to get the right medication to the correct pharmacy.

Dr Jaffe is the best. He really seems to care. The nurse that did my PFT AND 6 minute walk was really good.

Understand the need for office move to a larger space but sharing the space with the Endocrinology office is confusing when entering the office area and interacting with the check in desk. When checking in for my appointment, I was told by the office rep to go over to the Pulmonary side. A bit baffling since they are working off of the same Virtua computer system. There should be a demarcation between pulmonary and endocrinology via a sign or poster. The rep was not very friendly or pleasant. Not used to this type of greeting when visiting the Pulmonary office in their previous location. The office has lost its welcome feeling. The front desk reps seem pre-occupied with other tasks vs focusing on the patient's check in process. New reps should get the proper Virtua training before serving the patients, especially the front desk check in staff. Really appreciated checking out with the staff that supports the physician after the visit. Overall, the visit was good. Dr. Jaffe is a conscientious and caring physician. Consider improving the office check in process and customer service.

I spent 40 years in health care and I found the whole team to be extremely nice and well into what was going on with me. Very much impressed.

Everyone treated me like a VIP!! The nurse who reviewed my medical history was extremely professional, respectful, and caring!! Dr. Jaffe took time with me and seemed to care about all my concerns!! Even though it seemed a little busy, he didn't rush my visit. He answered all my questions and concerns! In this day and age it's hard to find a doctor who genuinely listens to you!! But Dr. Jaffe is one of those doctors!!
