The waiting room was filled and had to wait nearly an hour. Dr. was pleasant and did the job, but obviously hard pushed for time.

I think Reconstructive Orthopedics should improve the method of taking X-Rays and Keeping the patient in the main waiting area as well as X-ray waiting area. It is good the X-Ray can be taken in the same facility right within doc appt however, some patients were waiting for more than 1.5 hours in main waiting area. I believe either X-ray machine or rooms needs to be added in the office or next to office so other patients should not be held on wait or either reconstructive offices should be divided based on the parts of the body so not all patients should be accumulated in one office.

He has listened to me, our care plan has been great, our future options discussed, and he exemplifies what all your other doctors that I've dealt with, Dr. Shu, Dr. Reed, and Dr. Ropiak. They're all just tremendous. And Dr. Patel, of course. So kudos to your practice and kudos to all my care doctors.

You need to improve the appointment making process. After being put on hold for a very long time I finally had a live person answer the phone. After telling her I needed an appointment regarding my hand I was transferred to the hand group only to be put on hold for another lengthy period. Why can't there be options on the initial automated prompts to select the group you need and enable bypassing the 1st hold step?

All my visits to this facility have been excellent, from the check in, the nurse taking initial information and the doctors I've seen.

My son had wrist surgery, and he had 100% usage of his wrist. And you can't tell that he has a plate or screws in there. Dr. George did really well, which is why I returned for my injury. And I'm hoping for similar results.

Suffered a severe injury to elbow and wrist. I would normally follow up with Rothman Institute, but, for the last five or six years I've been extremely pleased with Virtua. So, I decided to stay with a virtual orthopedist. Very satisfied. Will continue with this practice.

Everyone at the facility was friendly and efficient. The fact that the waiting room was almost empty speaks to how conscious the practice is of keeping appointment times.
