Check out took longer than usual since there was only one woman doing check in and check out. It was confusing since a woman was sitting at the check out desk but never told me she couldn't help me until I asked her. I think there was a computer issue?

I felt it took too long to schedule an appt since it was a follow up to an ER visit and overnight hospital stay. But during my appt Caitlyn was polite, professional and knowledgeable about my history.

After being a multi year patient of Dr Thomas Galski and having several cardiac problems I would prefer to have my appointments with him and not a Pa.I have noticed that Virtua is now pushing more appointments to the PA and not the doctor and the front desk people making the appointment have no regard for the patients wishes or past medical condition.

Doctor and staff are very nice.

I was very impressed. She listened to everything that I had to say and discovered that I had been falling asleep after breakfast and so changed one of the prescriptions to half level and to be taken at night. And I feel encouraged. I'm hoping this will get rid of my falling asleep after breakfast problem. But it's, I think it's a little too early to tell yet. But I was quite impressed. Thank you.
