The provider was excellent. I would recommend her to everyone. My only disappointment was the woman who checked me in at the front desk. She was not the friendliest person at all and looked very unhappy.

I have never had an issue since I started there. People are kind, friendly, helpful and they all listen to you and are concerned about your comfort while there.

Caitlyn, the Physician's Assistant was very thorough in her examination and her bedside manner is excellent.

As far as the improvement, there was an employee who was talking about another employee, which I felt was unprofessional. And we were getting phone calls on our phone while we were there in regards to something with the monitor, and I just felt like there was lack of communication. Thank you.
