In my experience, Dr. Rochon was very knowledgeable, very kind, very empathetic, very understanding about everything and extremely thorough in explaining everything, ensuring that I understood and was just great overall all around front desk, no issues with staff, checking in and getting back in a timely manner. Everything was lovely.
