I really liked the appointment. Everybody was very nice and friendly. I just felt as though that the provider was rushing a little bit to try to get through my talking points of what I wanted to talk about. But other than that, that was it.

Very precisely transparent with my health, he resolved all my questions and concerns by solving everything for me, so everything was highly valued for his professionalism.

I waited probably 10 mins in the waiting room and then 25 mins in the exam room which negatively impacted the experience. The provider didn't seem like she read my chart/history before coming in, which also made the experience negative.

First of all I would like thank the Neurse that helped my mother she is a sweetheart and a professional nurse that goes above and beyond for her patients she was very helpful and worked with us and showed us the whole process on how to help my mom with her insurance and scheduling an appointment god bless her The provider was very nice and respectful and very patient with us since my mom didn't speak English very well I thank Virtua for all the help and support they gave us

The visit itself was fine and my provider was attentive, but I attempted to call the office for the entire week preceding my appointment to alert them to a significant change in my condition and did not receive a return call. There was no way for me to message the provider through MyChart as a "new" patient (seen in ER twice for same condition). I was left hanging all week after a devastating diagnosis and my provider was completely unaware when I arrived for the appointment since nobody returned my call. The visit wound up being a waste of everyone's time because my change in condition necessitated a different type of appointment on a different date. Had they returned my call, we could have rescheduled and avoided that mix-up. This has been a recurring issue for me since VMG started following me for this condition after my initial ER visit. There is no good way to get in touch with your provider and the "nurse line" clearly goes unchecked/unanswered.
