Dr Snyder reviewed all my recent tests and was very informed and thorough regarding my next steps to help me

The trouble with the video and audio was on my end as my internet went down while we were connected. Dr Snyder promptly called me on my phone to continue.

I felt very relaxed as he listened attentivley as I told him about my situation. He explained to me very clearly what his thoughts were about this and what his goal was to find an answer to my problem. I left the office knowing I was in good hands.

I had a hard time on my end connecting visually where the doctor could see me. I could see him, so the video was really good. And when I called the hospital, they reached out to me and they tried to help me. So it was very nice. I did get to speak to the doctor and we did do the, you know, like the video type thing. I did have difficulty on my part, like I said, but I was reaching out and people were helping me, so that was really nice. And Dr. Snyder was, you know, very, very helpful and I'll be in to see him soon. And he's a very good doctor and I highly recommend him to everyone I meet. And he's exceptionally good. And it's hard to really find good doctors. I've had a lot of bad ones. So he is extremely good. And again, I recommend him out to everyone.

Both Drs I see are amazing

Dr. Snyder is always engaged in our conversations and I always feel like I am heard by him as a provider.

This was my first visit with Dr Snyder and he came highly recommended by another Virtua doctor. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns and symptoms. He explained everything about the rectal exam he was going to perform prior to doing it. He summarized everything before my appointment was over.

Dr. Snyder and everybody else that was involved with my colonoscopy and endoscopy was perfect. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Nothing more to say except I'll be recommending all my friends and relatives, including my own family, to be seen by Dr. Charles A Snyder for all gastroenterology needs. A great doctor like Dr.Snyder is difficult to come by and we're glad to have found one so exceptional.

I would prefer the exam rooms are a bit larger than the ones here however it's not a big deal, just a suggestion for improvement if anything. Also, The front end coffee/tea/snacks is always a great touch if we could fit those in for specialty areas like Cancer and GI. I know small stations are in some areas but I like the larger more dedicated stations which the refrigerator underneath that's got Shasta and juices and jellos then above it, I likes me a nice big basket of cheeseIts and pop corn by pirate booty and smart food and crackers by lance are great too and then coffee pods, tea pods, coco pods all are great. Just saying.

Dr Snyder is very attentive, thorough, calm, patient and knowledgeable.

The Dr, was in my lifetime one of the best experiences I have had. He was genuine, he listened, he was highly competent, and I had zero doubts that I was in good hands. He is the bar for a good Dr, please Virtua promote and keep him in the network.

It was surprisingly easy and as always Dr Snyder was very informative and caring!

Very difficult to get an appointment. You have to wait forever online. So it's a very lengthy process to get an appointment. Other than that, I loved Dr. Snyder. He was very, very good. He was thorough. And I would highly recommend him. But I definitely have an issue with how long it takes to get an appointment.

Everyone In office I came in contact with were all very nice. {redacted} was nice and very comforting because I was very nervous because it was my first visit. Dr. Snyder was very nice, he listened to everything I had to say and offered get suggestions, he was very knowledgeable regarding the questions I asked him. The only concern was that I think I got forgotten about after I check in and sat and watch many other people come in after me and get taken back. Although I know most may have been there for other doctor's. The person who checked me in finally noticed I was still there after so long and went back to see what the holdup was about.

I just wanted to note that Dr. Schneider is the best doctor I have ever seen in any specialty. And I feel very strongly about how well he has helped me manage my medical issues. And I also wanted to shout out his office staff who are always fantastic, especially [REDACTED], the scheduler, who really helped me figure out insurance and all that stuff. So just a wonderful office. I've recommended it to many people. I would definitely come back.

The Dr.gave me a plan try work my problem out

He's been waiting three days for a call back from your office to schedule an appointment with hematology.

In a nutshell- excellent, except for long waits to first get an appointment to be seen in office by Dr Snyder and then wait another 6 weeks to get endoscopy done.

I've had nothing but great things to say about my experiences, I trust the doctors I've seen and feel like they care!

My only issue is the details about potential side effects. Omeprazole Dr warns about possible that may trouble me.

Dr Snyder's website address says 1945 Rt 70, however the address is 1945 Rt 70 EAST and we went to 1945 Rt 70 west. can you please update the address.

Dr. Snyder was the best experience you could have from your doctor. He was so informative, professional and passion. His assistant was my first line of comfort. Her energy relaxed me immediately. These dual team allowed me to leave my appointment without the worry I walked into it with. I'm blessed for the medical plan Dr. Snyder recommended and look forward to following it.
