Was not seen in a timely manner

Whenever I cone into that office from the front desk personnel to Dr. Dixon-Murriell is just exceptional!! Everyone is friendly, courteous and compassionate. I love coming here!!!

Dr listened to my concerns & provided excellent recommendations

My only issue is that you cannot get in to see anyone when you're sick. You're referred to urgent care.

Nurse taking vitales was a bit gruff. Also I have asked many times why the doors can't be handicapped accessible. Does AWD need to get involved? I am handicapped and see many other patients in this same situation.

I love visiting this office not only because of Charmane Murriell Dixon who is the BOMB but the entire staff. They are always kind, knowledgeable and happy to assist with any questions.

Feel very confident being in Dr. Dixon's care. I was getting over COVID in 12/23 but was feeling awful. Sent Dr. Dixon a MyChart message telling her what was going on. She immediately got back to me and told me to get to the ER immediately. They got to me right away. I was hospitalized for about 11 days. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't get in touch with her. I didn't realize how sick I was.

I would like to say that Dr. Dixon is a provider who is very thorough when it comes to my health. She asks me all types of questions and she answers my questions when I bring them to her. I scheduled well they scheduled my physical a YEAR ago.., they call me the day before and say it hasn't been a year and I would have to pay.... So they had to make me another appointment.... Very annoying since I coordinated with work...,and the even better part the few reminders I was sent only to be told the day before.... Not sure what is going on with this staff... but a year ago I had no issues this year can't say the same.... A few months ago I had another issue with communication on requesting something and again the staff didn't listen took the wrong message I contemplated leaving... but I really like Dr Dixon

Need automatic doors, this should be something that should have been installed when the practice moved. I believe the AWDA needs to be informed about this. Monies were spent elsewhere in the building why not on something that benefits patients? Also why is there a time limit put on people's health, 15-20 minutes? Is that all that people are worth? I hope that someday you are being operated on and half way through the doctor says times up, next patient.
