I could not think of having a better health care provider than Charmhee , and she has a wonderful staff working with her.

Everyone is very personable, and they don't make you wait, like some offices, you wait an hour and a half to see the doctor. This does not happen here. This is the best doctor I've been to in a long time.

I've gone to this provider since [REDACTED] has been around, now no longer around. And I can tell you one thing, since Virtua's been involved, it has failed. It's failed drastically. I've gone to Dr. Lee since she's taken over. Even she has failed drastically in listening to the patient and listening to me also. I'm very dissatisfied with the time she has spent with me. and not knowing what is going on with me now. My last visit with her was actually less than five to seven minutes, not even knowing what is going on with my last hospital visits, not knowing what is going on with my last doctor's office. I am actually thinking about changing my care at Wakefield Clinic. I have already done that with a couple of my primary and my specialists, changing over to Cooper. I am very dissatisfied with Virtua and with Dr. Lee.

Yes, I appreciated Dr. Lee because she talked to me, she asked questions, I asked her questions and she listened and she didn't just take the word of the AIDS about my blood pressure or what have you. She took it over herself. She listened to my breathing and she paid attention and I appreciated that because sometimes you don't get that. They just wait for you to say things, some doctors, not all of them. And I really appreciate how she does her procedure. Thank you.
