I felt very comfortable with the doctor and the staff, and all my questions and concerns were addressed.

The staff at the check in was very professional and spoke with office etiquette.

I felt that my doctor reviewed my medical history before coming into the room. It was refreshing to have someone know your information without you telling them. She showed genuine concern for my well being.

I absolutely love the staff at this location! Very kind, thorough, and sincere. I have more than one doctor here and they are both great at what they do.

The best Dr.'s office!! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, on time, answered my questions and made it a good experience.

Dr. Chaza Wright is very personable and I haven't had a doctor as personable as she is in a long time and I do enjoy seeing her and I feel like she hears me every single time.

The doctor was great. The nurse assistant made me feel uncomfortable. First, she was annoyed that I asked her to repeat what she was saying. She was speaking fast and I couldn't hear her. Secondly, while the doctor was doing the exam the young girl was looking right at me and even made eye contact. It made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. I've been in other similar situations and the assistant gave some privacy by turning away.

The doctor and staff were very kind and caring...

So I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Wright and I will definitely be back. The only feedback that I do have that I just remembered from getting this phone call is I did let the, I'm not sure if she's a medical assistant, whomever took me into the room and asked me my information and just some brief questions before Dr. Wright came in, that lady, I did tell her that I was interested in getting on birth control. But then by the time Dr. Wright came in, and we were doing my exam and I was going through other questions, I actually forgot to bring it up again. So I thought the lady fired was like making a note for the doctor. But anyway, I ended up forgetting about the visit. So I'm not blaming her. It would have just been nice if it was notated for Dr. Wright to see it, to bring it up, with bringing up everything else that was brought up. So that's my only takeaway. But all in all, I still had a good experience and I still come.

The woman, the doctor was phenomenal. They were great people, professionals and all. I had a great experience and I continue to keep her for a doctor whenever I would need her. Thank you.

Very kind and polite and the doctor was eager to start and figure out what's going on.

The only good part is the provider listened to us carefully and not good part is I didn't do anything about it. So just listening is not good enough. It's about doing something about it and knowing the sensitivity of the situation the provider did not address any of the concerns the way we would have liked. Thank you.

Overall it was a great experience. As uncomfortable an annual exam can be, Dr. Wright-Lugo and her staff, especially her nurse made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I didn't feel rushed and didn't have to wait long to be seen.

Everyone was lovely from the moment I walked in, but the doctor really put me at ease, listened to what I had to say, and understood why I was so nervous. She was wonderful, and I'm hoping that she can be my doctor from now until I don't need anyone anymore. But yes, she was excellent. I would highly recommend her. So thank you.

After our appointment, I got the instructions from the doctor what to do. I had a question, though, and I called the office. They were going to have the nurse call me back, and I have not heard back from the nurse at this time.

She was very dismissive to me. I felt that she didn't have any expertise in menopause. She treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will never come back to your group. She had no compassion or understanding as to what women go through during menopause. I was very upset when I left and now I'm angry.

The doctor made me feel comfortable. She listened and provided very helpful and informative medical advice. I would highly recommend my friends and family members to see her.

I received a referral for follow on care with another specialist but I am unable to schedule the appointment due to no referral being put in with my insurance. I sent two messages about it and those both went unanswered.

My last experience at Virtua West Hampton with Dr. Wright was exceptional. Just like every visit I've ever had with Dr. Wright and other providers at Virtua West Hampton also. I always feel like not just another patient, but I feel like it's more personal. The cost of care was spot on. I traveled over 30 minutes just to come to West Hampton. I definitely love that office.

This provider saw my whole health picture not just the specific limited focus of an annual exam. Very appreciative of her care.

Dr. Wright-Lugo is warm and friendly. She also remembers specific things about me and about the care I need. I have recommended her to a friend, but I believe the doctor was not taking on new patients. I think she does a great job!
