After discussing my history, looking at my x-rays, and conducting a physical exam, the provider spelled out the various options from the most conservative approach to the somewhat more advanced - pt, injection, MRI. We discussed my willingness to participate in pt, the most conservative first step. I agreed that starting with pt seemed sensible. She made the referral and I have my first appointment in a few days. The provider seemed interested in helping me resolve the problem, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to her if the pt doesn't resolve my problem. I think it's great that Virtua can take an x-ray and have it read at the first appointment.

From the time I walked in everyone was friendly and courteous and helpful Appreciate it so much as I was very uncomfortable. I know service and etiquette as a retired flight attendant over 30 years and I know what courtesy and etiquette can did for my passengers Blessings

I received excellent care from the triage staff, the nurse, and the doctor was wonderfully attentive. ?????

Chelsea was very kind and professional. Carefully checked my history before prescribing medication. She was very helpful. All the staff at urgent care were great. Thank you all.

She was very personable and knowledgeable. Didn't dictate my treatment plan but gave me options and discussed them so that we could come to a decision together. I really like this provider a lot and will definitely use her again

I waited over a month to see the doctor that my primary highly recommended. However, I was seen by a nurse instead which was disappointing when my dr specifically recommended the dr.

I had the impression that the healthcare provider, the MD, I don't remember his name, paid short shrift to what I was saying about my problem. And I think he dismissed me very cursorily without really leaving me with the feeling that I'd been well provided for, well cared for.

I was not able to see the assigned doctor because he was running late as usual. I had to see his PA.

Everyone treats me very nice and I'm getting very good treatment there. Thank you.

Dr. [REDACTED] is the best. [REDACTED] are great at what they do.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. All personnel were very courteous and the medical staff listened and explained everything.

This was my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was organized and looked well run. We were taken back on time and was seen immediately.
