I appreciate being seen on time. That is not usually the case when you have doctor appointments. All the staff were very nice which is also not always the case

Well, what I like to say is that they treated me with respect and listen to my complaint, but the whole ramification of things I need an MRI to pinpoint the exact location of the sciatic nerve something burst in his laying on the nerves and I cannot walk the hospitals keep sending me away everybody listen to me, but basically it's not doing anything to help. They just push me off to the next. I need an MRIASAP.

The staff who makes appts needs to be informed. When I arrived for my appt I was told I did not have an appt. After I asked them to check about it they found that they were wrong but it took patience on my part to wait until they checked.

The office is very well organized and efficient. The provider was familiar with my history. She treated me with kindness and concern. She noted my symptoms and clarified them. I was very satisfied with our encounter.

Chelsea is well versed in my medical hx, she is warm, welcoming & laser focused on a good outcome for me.

"Express Check In" once arriving at office. For that matter a simple sign in sheet for people who previously checked in online. As most customers arrive with a significant pain issue, once seated in the waiting area it would be nice not to have to get up and go through the same information with a person. By signing in on the Express Sheet, you're indicating you're there and check in has already been completed Online. When your name is called instead of stopping at the desk to do everything you do online, you go back to an exam or imaging suit, whatever the appointment calls for.

First of all, thank God, and secondly, I feel very comfortable going to my appointments at Virtua because most people treat you well and the doctors are very good. God bless them all always.

I have always a great experience going to the orthopedic at Virtuala and they're very knowledgeable and they treat me with respect and they listen to me and they come up with a great plan for me and I really appreciate going there.

Definitely pleased with the visit. The results of the X-rays were thoroughly explained and what the next steps would be. The scheduler at checkout went way over and beyond trying to secure a follow up appointment. She spent a lot of time checking into options while never making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Her patience paid off and we're looking forward to our follow-up appointment.

Our nurse practitioner provided us with diagnostic and easy discussion on what we needed to do. Unfortunately I am still in pain waiting for MRI reading and upcoming PT evaluation.

After discussing my history, looking at my x-rays, and conducting a physical exam, the provider spelled out the various options from the most conservative approach to the somewhat more advanced - pt, injection, MRI. We discussed my willingness to participate in pt, the most conservative first step. I agreed that starting with pt seemed sensible. She made the referral and I have my first appointment in a few days. The provider seemed interested in helping me resolve the problem, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to her if the pt doesn't resolve my problem. I think it's great that Virtua can take an x-ray and have it read at the first appointment.

I waited over a month to see the doctor that my primary highly recommended. However, I was seen by a nurse instead which was disappointing when my dr specifically recommended the dr.

I had the impression that the healthcare provider, the MD, I don't remember his name, paid short shrift to what I was saying about my problem. And I think he dismissed me very cursorily without really leaving me with the feeling that I'd been well provided for, well cared for.

I was not able to see the assigned doctor because he was running late as usual. I had to see his PA.

Everyone treats me very nice and I'm getting very good treatment there. Thank you.

I was completely satisfied with my visit. All personnel were very courteous and the medical staff listened and explained everything.
