My Doctor and the Staff are very easy to get along with and do not make you feel rushed.

Christa Mcphee is the most caring and wonderful doctor I have ever seen. There is absolutely no improvement necessary for her. She's an amazing woman and she just is so thorough and just so wonderful. And I would be happy to recommend her and I have recommended her to anyone who asks for a pulmonologist. The staff was friendly as well as professional and they too me in immediately which I realize was a little luck but still nice! The check in and out people actually found a moment to joke with me!!!

Dr.McPhee was well informed of my medical history including visit to urgent care and recent visits to neurologist and urologist. She explained the results of a recent X-ray and advised I should call her office anytime if I am having respiratory issues.

Yeah, it was the first time I ever went there. I was greeted professionally and friendly. The doctor came in, talked to me, and I talked to her, and I was completely at ease. And I think we'll spend more time together. I enjoyed the visit, and everything was helpful.

Dr. McPhee is always well prepared with information for every appointment and listens to my concerns.

I already told my daughter and I was really surprised of all the things she found out about me on my chart.

I got an appointment immediately as soon as I needed one. We got there, it said to be there 15 minutes early. The appointments were 9:30 in the morning. We got there at 9:14 and I was not seen for two and a half hours. They must have forgotten about me and everyone in the office had already left and come back and did everything. And finally, when my daughter mentioned something, they were like, oh my goodness, and they put me in a room. It was one hour and ten minutes out in the hallway, I mean in the lobby and another hour waiting for the doctor. And she knew nothing about it. She thought I had gotten there at 11:53 because that's what was on the chart. And I had gotten there at 9:14 and I have it all my life, 3:60 when we walked in the door.

Dr. McPhee was an outstanding doctor and I highly recommend her and her staff is very knowledgeable and courteous and treats you with respect.

The office staff were very welcoming. I did not have to wait a long time like I do in some other offices. The rooms are kept immaculate. The nurse who took the information was very polite and professional. The doctor was wonderful. She took the time to review my sleep apnea history and really listened to what I had to say.

It would be nice to have a greeter at the front door to help direct people to the right provider. It would also be nice to have a separate check in line from check out line.
