Your front office staff is a lot to be desired. They are not friendly or courteous some of them tended to have an attitude. The doctor didn't seem particularly interested in what I had to say just wanted to diagnose me and get me out. I did not feel he had a warm bedside manner.

Yes, I would just like to say that everyone from the receptionist on up to the doctor were very friendly. They were very concerned about the patients and they explained everything.

Sign in process not at all clear. Waited in line behind another patient and then finally person recognized me and indicated I needed to sign in, sit down, and wait to be called for check in. I am sure this could be better organized if desired.

The dr rushed my appointment and did not seem concerned about me at all. He refused to refill my meds so that I could be comfortable as my pain level is a 10+. He spent less than 5 minutes with me.

I am happy with my recovering and an amazed with the healing of my incision.

I waited an extremely long time to get in to see the provider. Other people were in and out, and I was still sitting there. That's the only thing I have to say.

First, the entire staff is wonderful. Second, it was challenging to get x-rays of my leg.
