This appointment was rescheduled 3 different times because the providers "were not familiar with the medication" which is just ADHD medication. Very inconvenient

I understand this is a teaching office but keeping small/ young children in a doctors office for over an hour is awfully hard on the parent. There needs to be a more efficient way for the visits to be done and also teach the students

Everyone did an excellent job. It was a pretty seamless experience. My daughter had strep throat and before the doctor even came in, you know, I discussed things with the nurse. She immediately took a culture to do some testing and by the time the doctor came in, we were already discussing the treatment plan and it was just very seamless, very quick. I was very well informed and it was great.

The only thing I don't like is that there are two pediatric offices and I constantly make the mistake of showing up at the wrong one, which is very annoying and there's no room for error. Like it's not like I could just jump back on the road and the guy will make time for me if I'm late. So whatever it is you could do for that, somebody needs to come up with some creative thinking That would be great.
