Everyone was professional and kind.

I drove 40 minutes to visit this Virtua office and Practitioner. It was well worth the drive. The initial consultation was thorough and I left with a clear understanding of the X-rays and Bloodwork being ordered as important first steps in determining both the next step as well as a longterm plan for my health. I'm very grateful!!!

I was very happy with the service. I felt that after she knew my history, that she started a plan right away to see and make sure everything was going to be better for me.

Tests were ordered that I wasn't told about until the next day, when I was informed the order would be sent to me. I still don't have the lab orders. The provider seemed to latch on to the idea of panic attacks causing shortness of breath, though I clearly stated that I knew the difference.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/14/2026
The provider was largely disinterested in why I was referred to the office and was disinterested in dealing with me. I wasn't there on a whim. I was told by 2 different providers to specifically consult with rheumatology. I waited a long time in the waiting room and in the exam room. I will not be returning.

From initial check in, Medical Technician reviewing my Heath History to Colleen Chatman taking her time to plan/review my heathcare plan going forward. Always a good patient experience for me :)

I am so impressed with Virtua's care teams. They are amazing at putting forth a truly caring culture. Colleen was so patient and thorough. And the MA actually walked me to the lab when we were done. Also, the lab lady was even more caring. I feel very comfortable with their care

Nurses were kind, courteous and gentle. Doctor was attentive and VERY thorough. She asked a lot of questions about my history and discussed with me about how to move forward. Listened carefully when I had something to say. Seems to care about my health.

Not a great experience. The check in staff and medical assistant were great but the physician I didn't particularly care for. She wasn't rude just very dismissive & disinterested. I would not return or refer.

For a doctor or PA she seem like she doesn't know anything about me for it to be my second time clearly I have a problem if I'm returning..get off the computer whenever I'm in the room get a medical assistant to take note cause how are you listening to me when you typing ???? Make it make sense stop it's rude. Talk to me not the computer....or if your on the computer look at my history and stop asking me the question that are right in your face..this was on of my worst visits .I did not feel heard and I don't appreciate it.i really wanted to see a doctor not a PA .so disappointed in virtua

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/8/2025
Although very pleasant, nothing was done to figure out the source of my all over joint pain. Said all X-rays were normal when in fact lspine showed mild retrolisthesis. Referred me to orthopedic for my shoulder & PT but said no follow up was needed.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/2/2025
I thought the staff was very friendly, but it was off-putting that I scheduled an appointment and then Colleen rescheduled it. When I saw her, I found her to be rather off-putting and she just seemed rather dismissive of my symptoms and basically told me that I needed to sleep better and stretch more. Yeah, I just didn't really like the vibe, the feeling that I got from her.

I enjoyed meeting with Colleen Chatman at my first visit. She was caring, attentive, professional and explained about my health issue, ordering further studies.

This was my second visit. Both times I was made to feel like I didn't really belong there. Even after being referred there by my primary. This time I was asked why I was back so soon, even though their office called me and told me to schedule an appointment because of my blood work. I understand that things aren't presenting sort of normal, but I'm not well. Perhaps my primary referred me to the wrong specialist, but I find it funny that everyone in virtual working together.

The gentleman that was assisting the doctor the day of my appointment was so friendly and kind. It reminded me of earlier times when people had compassion in the medical field. He would make an excellent doctor/nurse because of this. Thanks
