Courtney is very patient and very good with [PHI]. She appears to understand some of the challenges my mother's going through and is very trusting and very calm with her and really can relate to her. We really are grateful for her services.

I imagine it's very difficult for a general practitioner to have to know so many things, yet they always seem to do. So I'm impressed by that and very thankful. Thank you.

I find the nurse practitioner to be just as capable and qualified as the doctors she took care of an infection in my elbow treated me like I was a member of a family got me in and out of there with a smile on my face

Hi, I just want to leave some feedback. My Dr. Courtney was very great. She had a great bedside manner and she was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable in what she was talking about. The triage nurses did a really good job. I called in and had a lot of questions and they helped me and there was no hold time at all. So I would recommend Virtua to my friends and family. Thank you.

I called back the next day to request another prescription for congestion, possibly steroid, because of the history of bronchitis I've had. No one responded back to me and then I sent a message on the portal and no one responded back to me.

Since the receptionist was wearing a mask I could not hear her very well, just ask her to speak louder when wearing a mask.

Waiting time was a little longer than I expected. I felt like they were not very experienced.

Went in with a cold and ears clogged was diagnosed with inflamed ears from sinus.Never checked me with stethoscope prescribed something for me and left.Did not tell me if it would cure my cold and ear had to call her back in

I just had my first appointment with Courtney. It was just an annual/get to know you type visit so no concerns to discuss. But she was pleasant, listened and I think we could have a good relationship going forward.

I have been Dr. [REDACTED] patient for years, at least 20 to 25 years. When she left, I was unsure of the doctor who was going to take her place, but then I met Courtney, and I really like her. She seems very knowledgeable and helps me in the care that I need to take care of myself.
