I needed to get cardiac clearance to do some other tests. So I've been, you know, very pleased and, you know, she gives me good information and good communication. So that's everything. Thank you.

The medical assistant assumed that I needed to "move more" because I have difficulty getting up. I have chronic back pain so she shouldn't assume anything. The doctor kinda dismissed my symptoms and didn't really listen to my complaints. She claimed I might have acid reflux when I told her I take medicine for it. I would not have went to a cardiologist to hear that it is acid reflux. I know the difference between that and the pain I was having. She didn't tell me she was putting me on more meds, she talked about it but didn't state I was going on it. I can't afford this new medicine. She never even mentioned the name of the medicine. So it was a surprise that I can't get!

Appointment was right on time. Visit was not rushed in anyway.

The nurses and technicians were amazing. Made my stay friendly and bearable

Not happy with the report written for history some inaccuracies tried correcting them Dr didn't listen. Feel like I spent extra time that could have been avoided I feel the infusion should have been given the day I came That is why I was there cardiologist sent me there for that reason Too much on pain concentration I was there for my blood iron counts very anemic Nurses and aids we're excellent just didn't seem to be getting the right answers from doctor

There was an EKG done. I didn't know that was going to happen and to not put on lotion that day (cold out and skin is dry). That caused some difficulty with the leads and I think led to a faulty result that caused questions for the Dr. and I and added to follow up steps needed. It was no ones fault but had I realized that preparation was needed perhaps that would not have happened. The Dr. and her staff were very professional, responsive and the overall visit was good and what I was looking for for a baseline.

It takes over a month to get an appointment and following my upcoming echo, which was scheduled seven weeks after my last appointment because that was first available, I was told the next available appointment to review the results is three months after that period. I asked if it could be done via a phone call and I was told no, I needed to come in for my appointment. I would appreciate it if I could just get a phone call follow-up rather than wait three months to come in for a five-minute discussion.

I just wanted to say I really love Dr. Chen and I'm really happy to have found her. And I'm going through some things with different doctors in different fields. I wish Dr. Chen could do it all, to be honest, but no, I'm very, very happy with the care and service. And the same for everyone, you know, in the office at Columbus. Thank you for listening.
