Crystal N. Hawkins, CNM

Crystal Hawkins, CNM, MSN, is a certified nurse midwife who provides a personalized approach to pregnancy care, gynecology, and lifelong wellness. A graduate of Ashford University, Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from La Salle University and her Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University. Crystal practices from a lens of reproductive justice, including trauma-informed care, informed consent, and informed decision-making. Crystal has extensive experience caring for low- and high-risk patients prenatally, during labor and birth, and postpartum, and provides the full scope of gynecologic care. She is a founder of the Black Maternal Health Fair in Philadelphia and volunteered for the Black Doctors’ COVID-19 Consortium.
