Daniel Lynch is the best and the office staff is above par!

Dan Lynch is my favorite healthcare provider by far. He is intelligent and caring, answers every question, never rushes my appointments, and speaking with him is like talking to a trusted friend.

Daniel Lynch is the absolute best medical provider I've ever worked with. He makes me feel respected, heard, and makes it an experience that is enjoyable and feels like I am cared for, which is in contrast to other medical experiences that I've had with medical providers in the past. And so I am extremely grateful to Daniel Lynch for the care that he puts into it and the expertise that he provides related to my care.

Dan Lynch is great along with all the staff. Had same doctor for many years and she moved away. Found Dan Lynch and he is great. Very happy !!

My provider is the best. He listens, doesn't brush you off. You're treated as an individual patient not clumped in with everyone else. What works for Marysue, might NOT work for me, and I appreciate that. Virtua is better because he's a part of the group.

Daniel lynch was extremely kind, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. The after appointment summary was alittle concerning to me. Some of the things he wrote were inaccurate. For example, I no longer see the psychiatrist at cooper behavioral health, and he wrote that I was. I switched physiatrist to grow therapy. He also, told me at my appointment that he was not concerned about my heart health and yet he wrote in his notes, that he heard a friction rub, without gallop. So either he accidentally wrote that, or did not disclose that to me? Either way that is concerning to me, as my daughter is a nurse at Deborah heart and lung and knows what this can mean. She listened to my chest and couldn't hear that. Also, he had some time line of things incorrectly written in the after visit summary. Overall, I was very happy with my visit and the staff.

Dan was very attentive. We made a good medical plan for my condition and he took his time and listened to me.

I just want to thank Daniel Lynch, the physician's assistant. Whenever there's a situation where I need to come in to the doctor's office because of an injury or an illness or anything that happens, Dan is available. And not only is he available, he always knows how to calmly relay what's going on and make you feel better when delivering whatever your diagnosis is. He's easy to talk to, he's fun to talk to, and he gives you the details that you ask for outside of any other things. He comes across that he genuinely cares because he even brought up prior history with me. I recommend this. I've been going here since I was in second grade. Wait is always too long, go in back room and sit for 1/2 hour every time. My only complaint

The receptionist, she was really nice and helpful, both the first one and the one when I was leaving the appointment. Dr. Daniel was phenomenal. I wish he was my doctor sooner than now, but I think I'm going to keep him for a long time because he was really great. He was really attentive. He's really knowledgeable. He was very professional at the same time being down to earth simultaneously, so it was a great experience overall, probably the best experience I've had at a primary doctor in a long time.

Daniel Lynch is excellent. He is very concerned about keeping me healthy and active. He involves me in every decision and recommends very positive changes to medications and lifestyle.

When a location is changed to another site, it should be updated in the details of the appt. It was a good thing that the new location was only 5 mins away

I had simple questions that he should have been able to just answer them using my chart, with out having to schedule a zoom call that he was 20 minutes late to. Ended the "zoom call" because video and sound didn't work, felt like it was useless. He couldn't have just called me for 5 minutes to say "hey I'm gonna have you start a bp med based off of the most recent hospital visit and because you(me) had sent him messages about my bp being high." Instead he had to schedule me a televisit just so you guys could charge my insurance. Talk about being used. I work in the medical field and never have I had a doctor refuse to just answer questions sent in by the patient but instead insist on being "seen" in office. Pathetic

Dr. Dan Lynch is a great guy. I like the service he gives and his attention to detail.

Overall everything is good.

Staff is great. Daniel Lynch is the only primary care provider that took the time to look at my whole health history to piece together a puzzle. Other previous providers (not through Virtua) barely spoke to me aside from getting basic vitals, then rushed me out the door.
