I was very disappointed with my whole appointment, I drove an hour to see this specific provider Dr. Casey and I felt very rushed and unheard! He didn't order any x-rays/testings, labs, etc. didn't even give me anything for pain, and was in the room for maybe 2 minutes didn't even do a full exam on me! It literally took longer for me to get checked in and pay my co-pay then the time that he spent with me, I felt like he was in a rush to go home-I must have been his last patient, he was very unprofessional, unempathetic, and gave me low quality of care!

Friendly and informative

The doctor was ready to diagnose me before he even looked at me. I didn't feel that I was looked over thoroughly. Normally doctors, if I'm sick, know that I have a history of sinus infections, look in my ears, look at my nose, and I feel like I had to ask for him to examine me and I didn't even get a full examination. It wasn't until I said that I had illnesses going around my classroom that I was even given an opportunity to be tested for things like flu and strep.

Dr Casey continues to be a true professional.

Been my Doctor for about 20 years

Difficult to get appointments with PCP DOC with emergency needs. He's booked out months in advance. One gets referred to other docs when a non scheduled annual or every six month visit is needed.

This experience was very poor. I am not someone who complains, but I feel that I need to provide feedback so that this doesn't happen to other patients. I saw a new provider, because my primary care provider was too full. This doctor was friendly and explained things well, but when it came time to examine me for the physical portion, it was comical how he rushed through the "motions." I get that I'm a healthy person and there was nothing for him to be concerned with, but it made me feel as though I was not cared about at all. He started by running his fingers under the faucet for a brief second, no soap, no scrubbing, then dried them with a paper towel. He then started the exam of my head by looking in my ears and throat for the quickest view. Not long enough to actually see anything in my mouth. Then he felt my neck but didn't actually get close to my lymph nodes. After that he switched to the stethoscope and had me take a deep breath the listen to the four quadrants of my lungs. Instead of four breaths, I got through just over one breath and he made his way around the four quadrants. This was such a poor attempt at evaluating my physical health, I think he would be embarassed. And again, I don't think I have any sickness or reason for concern, but I don't feel as though I was given a physical. It is likely due to the demands on his time and the number of patients he has to see in a day, but I would ask him to remember that it is a person sitting on the table and they want to feel valued and take care of.

A positive visit, still a good ways to go

Front Office Check in is not Handicapped friendly. No Chairs to sit in while checking in and the table/Desk is low. With Back I have makes it painful to bend over to complete my check in. I have brought this to the attention to manages for the last few years. I wish this check in staff would treat me as well as others Virtua Check in staff. Not one front office can give me an explanation, I understand this was set up due to Covid....but we are way past that now. Please provide chairs for us thst need them!!!!

Dr. Daniel Casey has been a wonderful provider. He is very attentive to my medical needs. Dr. Casey has always shown such a welcoming and perfect bedside manner. When you speak of your mission, Dr Casey fits that description. You all need more caring doctors has he. The is was a first time visit with this provider as my physician of 33+ years just retired. Time is needed to develop a relationship from scratch. That being said I believe the visit went well. I would not make a judgement on one visit

Dr Requa is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients, listens, and provides excellent care, The staff I interacted with were friendly. The only negative was the absence of Dr Requa's staff. It was apparent that his staff did not show up leaving Dr Requa to manage everything involving patient appointments. I also wish Virtua would stop moving his office. I've had to change his address in my contacts at least 3 times in the past 4 1/2 years and I believe he was moved more than 3 times in that period.

Over many decades I have infrequently dealt with some doctors that were a bit too high on themselves. I find Dr. Casey to be very personable and give him high marks as a medical professional.
