Dr did not remark on why he was a half hour late for my appt. Staff did not advise me that the Dr was so late. I had to leave the examining room to talk to staff and make sure I was not forgotten about. Despite that the Dr gave a good assessment and ordered further testing.

Phone system bypasses this office and leaving messages on "my chart" are not answered in a timely fashion. This is not isolated to this office or this practitioner but it is a system wide issue throughout the Virtua system. There is actually no one to complain to and no one seems to be able to address and fix the problem.

It is a always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Lawrence.

I trust Dr. Lawrence with everything. He's been very detailed in my health and he has done amazing things for me to get back to my regular self and I thank him for that.
