Yes, Dr. Webner is an excellent doctor. He is excellent at diagnosing and helping. He's friendly and in my opinion, he's the best. I wouldn't go to anybody else. Dr. Webner is a fantastic doctor, inside and out.

Dr. Webner is a good Doctor but felt like he was a little rush during our visit. That he had to go back and take a look at my MRI to treat my condition correctly to help alleviate my pain. Overall I walked away feeling better after months of complaining of pain.

The doctor was great and the person that took me back was great. The appointment process and desk staff didn't seem to care much.

I waited for one hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. This was frustrating . Maybe better scheduling should be addressed for patient consideration.

Always running an hour behind

I like my provider, but I waited to be seen more than an hour past my appointment time with no update from the front desk staff. Though I received multiple text messages reminding me of my appointment and to be early, no one told me how late my provider was running before I arrived or even while I waited. Too many patients seem to be scheduled without respecting our time or the stress this schedule places on staff.

I feel very confident in Virtua's care. The office was efficient. The doctor and other personnel explained everything clearly. Very good experience.

Entrances to the Virtua buildings are a hazard. The parking lots should be connected. I almost got hit every time I try to find the correct entrance.

It took me 1 hour and 28 minutes on the phone just to get this appointment. Then I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, all while every single person who came in after me was already taken back to their appointment, the majority being done completely while I still sat there. Mind you I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, and did all of the e-check in and payment ahead of time. The doctor talked over me, seemed like he was done for the day and wanted to end the appointment. Prescribed me a medication without really explaining much about it just said it's an anti inflammatory. He didn't seem to take me or the pain I am in seriously.

Seemless, flowed well, and follow up was spot on too.

My appointment was at 3:00 but I was not brought back to see the Dr till 4:30 and waited another 15 minutes in the room waiting for the Dr. I did feel rushed as well as they were behind. Not a great experience

When diagnosing the need for P/T the provider should suggest / recommend Virtua P/T over any others.

From beginning to end, the visit was great. Dr. Webner was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to listen and thoroughly explain. {Redacted}, ATC/L was very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Webner to family and friends.

Dr. Webner has wonderful bedside manner. He treated me and my husband with utmost respect. I'm going to have surgery with him in a couple of weeks, and I trust that he'll do a good job. He made me feel comfortable. He made me feel important. And he made me feel like my problems were his own. And I appreciate that in a doctor.

To sum it up, everyone was super nice in there and the doctor, David, he's definitely on the money and he's a bomb. He's a good guy too. Always feeling good after I leave out of there. Take care.

I originally had an appointment set for several days after my actual appointment. My condition deteriorated and the office staff listened to my concerns and moved up my appointment by several days. This effort exceeded my expectations.

Dr Webner is excellent in his care. He did provide a bit of comic relief which made me feel a bit more relaxed. I would definitely recommend Dr Webner. He is great!

I was going on vacation with an aching knee and when I walked out of the office, the knee felt great plus on my trip to Arizona my knee continued to feel so good walking every day plus a bit of hiking too.... Couldn't have asked for anything better.... Your Virtua Orthopedic team is simply OUTSTANDING ??

My appointment was changed for two weeks later. I had made another appointment based on the results of this one that I had to cancel. I felt I was just one of many with this problem.

Everyone was very nice and compassionate. Doctor explained what we can expect from the initial treatment and depending on the results what the next steps could be setting reasonable expectations.

Hi, good afternoon. I really like everybody at the office. The doctors and the assistants are really, really nice, but I've had some long wait times. I've sat in the waiting room one time for about an hour. I heard other people in the waiting room say the same thing. I don't know if they're scheduling the appointments too close together or too many at one time. Or if there's a new patient, maybe allow more time because it's a new one. I've waited a while. about two or three times now. Thank you.

Only issue I had was That I was told by the Dr. He Was going to prescribe some pain medication and he never did. I went to the office to speak to a rep.So she sent the Dr. a message about it and that was days ago, I still haven't heard from them. The med. Isn't even an opiod, it's just stronger than Aleve to help me deal with the pain in my knee. Why such an issue getting it? It's an nsaid med. The Dr. Just forgot to put it in to the pharmacy I guess. I liked him(Dr. Webner) but this is not a good way to do business.please help.

I did not make an appointment but used the Express service. Worked great. I was seen in under an hour. Saw a real doctor who provided real, specific information and solutions to my issue. Not some general "get some more tests, take NSAID and make an appointment."

I wish your on line appointment option worked much better then my experience. I had to go to your Cherry Hill facility to actually make an appointment.

Waited for 75 minutes in the waiting room. Another 30 in the exam room until Dr saw me. In addition in exam room 2 there is an outlet cover missing from an electrical outlet which should be corrected.

I would like to say every one was pleasant very informative and attentive. Doctor Webner was excellent and his assistant [REDACTED] as well.
