Dawn Cooper is an excellent pcp! She ALWAYS listens to my concerns and ALWAYS does a complete physical exam. She truly is interested in the problems with which I'm dealing. She also answers any questions I might have or any refill requests immediately. She is an asset to Virtua for which I am very thankful.

Took the time to listen and was very helpful on deciding what was best for me.

Dawn Cooper RN is a pleasure to work with. When asking a question on My Chart or needing a refill I always receive a same day response. There has never been a time where I had to wait more than 10 minutes and I receive an apology even for that short of a wait.

This was my first visit with Dawn Cooper. She listened to my concerns and offered testing and suggestions on how to solve my medical problems. I didn't feel rushed and I think we covered all topics. She even did an exam which seems to be something that other primary care physicians overlook,they just talk to you.

The Care I receive at this practice is something I talk about frequently with family and friends. Whether I'm on the phone, in the office or with the doctor, everyone is so respectful and interested and kind when you're not feeling well. They are top notch all the way.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with this doctor Dawn Cooper. I have been with her once before and thought she was very abrasive. I chose to give it one more try. Apparently her day was not going smoothly. She Said everyone was NEEDY!! I tried to ask a question about getting a handicap placard and she stormed out of the room came back with a paper which she in turn slammed down on the table in front of me. I have never been treated in such a way I honestly was taken back. I cannot have her be my doctor anymore. She has ZERO bedside manner! I felt like I was bothering her at her job.

She reviews your records, she does a thorough physical exam, she asks about your concerns - medically or personally - and takes the time to listen and then orders whatever f/u testing is needed. She answers questions and refill requests the same day. I appreciate the care and provides me and thank her for always being there to help.

I enjoy my visits with Dawn Cooper. She is very efficient in whatever she is doing. I especially like the fact when I ask a question on the Portal she gets back to me always the same day. Any of the other ladies I come in contact with are always helpful and polite

Dawn Cooper needs to be more personable and not concentrate on the computer so much and that is what is wrong with medical personal these days they don't treat you like a patient they treat you like a number. Bring back the good old days when they used to carry charts.

The care is very impersonal. The provider sat behind the computer screen most of the time and didn't seem interested in the changes in my health history. The visit was rushed and I will most likely change providers.

I am considering another primary care dr; not because of the care I received but because of the very, very long wait time for me to be seen. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before being called into an office and then an additional 25 minutes. All I needed was a shot. Seemed excessive to have to kill an entire day for that. I would consider urgent care next time, and that is unfortunate.
