Need more professional staff n waiting to long for dr to come see me

Once I got in there, the care was good. The problem that I was having is whenever I called there, I could never get anybody on the phone. I tried to contact my doctor through my chart and I never got a response back. I called the office twice and left a message and never got a call back. And then I finally had to go up there. It took me twice because I went once, you were already closed. I went on a Saturday. I didn't know you were closed. Finally, I had to go up there on a Monday morning and had to actually pay the co-pay to see a doctor in order to get my prescription called over to the pharmacy. So that's my only beef. But once I saw the doctor, she was great. You know what I mean? So in that respect, I would recommend somebody. But as far as getting in touch with anybody and having somebody call me back, you know, prior to that, forget it.

My provider was Dr. Patterson. She was very caring. She explained everything to me very well. She gave me, told me what my options were based on my medical history. She was very knowledgeable. She was just a 10 out of 10 out of 10. Thank you.

I would refer Dr. Patterson to anyone who needs a primary physician. She is by far the most amazing attentive, compassionate, caring doctor I've ever had. She took time to listen to the issues I was having, and she did not rush me in and out of the examination room she really takes the time to get to know her patience and is always there when you need them.

I love my Doctor. I wouldn't give her up for anything in this world she's amazing! The only issue I have is getting an appointment. From now on as she said I will message her directly. Waiting 6 to 8 months for an appointment is ridiculously if you need to see them now, especially if it a female problem & the only other course is to see a male doctor in her stead. Not happy! I have a very good repor with Dr Patterson & only her. I have mental issues so it's hard for me to switch doctors or to get one I connect with as I do her.

My entire experience was a great one

Unfortunately, the front desk girls ignored my presence as I stood at the counter to schedule future appointments, "apparently no one was willing to help". Not only they ignored me but then loudly laughed at comments and rudely asked me questions. That behavior is very disappointing and disrespectful towards any patient. I was certainly offended a the ladies at their rude and unkindly disrespectful .,

The front desk staff is cold and unprofessional. Makes you stand there uncomfortably even after you say hello. No greeting no eye contact just bark "What's Your Last Name" "do you have an appointment" not sure why they would treat patients like trash. It is disturbing and makes me not want to come to this office.

Dr Patterson is thorough and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I'm very happy she is my primary doc.

I know outside of the construction, that was a little a nuisance. But outside of that, the care that I have received at the Pensauken Virtual office has been excellent. Everybody there, all the healthcare providers are excellent. The staff at the front door, you know, as soon as I come in, I'm greeted well. And then the person checking my blood pressure and my vitals is also very good. And then, of course, Dr. Patterson always puts my best interests at heart. Dr. Patterson was great! She treated me with such kindness. She listened, questioned, and was knowledgeable in everything I touched on. The end result was a plan for next steps and ensuring that I receive the right treatments.

Dr. Thomas has visibly demonstrated an interest in my health and she does not seem to have a problem with discussing my issues, and concerns. Above all she presents herself as being professional, as well as thorough when it comes to dealing with my health.

I would really like to be greeted when entering the office area. The front desk clerks are still acting like there are walls but we can see that you're ignoring people coming in the door. Be the first person to greet people coming in whether you say may I help you or someone will be right with you. It's such a turn off to not be greeted.

The office is under construction. I would have appreciated a heads up before my appointment. Front desk appeared, a person appeared overwhelmed, not very welcoming when I arrived. My provider, Dr. Patterson, she's great.

DR Patterson is very caring and she listens to your concerns and offers different alternatives to resolve both medical and emotional issues.

Front desk people could respond in a much more timely matter. They were aware that the preauthorization for my prescription was supposed to be done very quickly after my appointment but have yet to do so despite knowing my only reason for the appointment was the medication refill and clearance.

I love Doctor Patterson.she is very professional, kind,warm and caring. She let me feel like she understand my concerns.she is very knowledgeable and she know how to use her listening skills,that means alot when you are not feeling well.I trust her and her medical advise.

The front desk staff were not pleasant at all when I checked in. There was no smile or pleasant greeting, and they seemed bothered having to check me in. I have not had this before here so it was disappointing to experience this behavior. As always, Dr. Patterson was wonderful, and the nurse that saw me first was very pleasant to talk to.

Front staff was lovely and I was called a timely manner. The doctor was amazing, one of the best doctors I've had yet. The doctor made sure to ask me questions and answer my questions as well, she made me feel safe to talk to her about anything. Because of the doctor, I will refer anyone to this Health facility. My doctor understood what I needed n what the best medicine was good for my problems

The doctor asked me questions as if she never met me. She asked about my family history as if we never had the conversation, she asked the last time I hada colonoscopy as if she didn't order a cologuard test. She asked me if I were still on semaglutide as if she didn't place the request. It was as if she was not prepared for the visit or didn't care to glance at my records. I could honestly go on and on. I left that visit feeling awful and defeated. I now realize what most people think about physicians and it was disheartening because I really liked her in the beginning.

Yes, Dr. Patterson is fine. She knows what she's doing. She gives you great feedback. She takes care of you. She answers any questions. And if I would recommend her, absolutely, yes. Just love her. Thank you, Dr. Patterson. Have a great day, guys.

Hello, the front desk got me an appointment as soon as they could, which was within days. And Dr. Patterson was phenomenal. She set up my knee draining for me. It was within two days, and I just found her to be an exceptional doctor, spoke with me about everything, and took very good care of me. That's it.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Patterson as my primary care physician. She's very attentive. She listens. She allows me to participate in what care I would like to proceed with. And it is more than obvious that she cares about me as a person, as a whole person.

The front desk process is very inefficient. You cannot see where the clerks are and they do not say anything when you stand there waiting trying to figure out the process. Please post a sign on what to do when you walk in. You can see yourself in the monitor so they can see you but you cannot who is there and who can wait on you. There is also little space for a line to form.
