She cleared up the confusion I had about needing to see my primary physician in addition to seeing cardiac physician.

I'm very satisfied with my care there. My only complaint is lack of parking.

Professional first class organization

The PA was not interested in being professional. My legs are very swollen &left leg very broken out. I asked what I could do about the rash or swelling, all she said was "elevate." I am elevating & will do it more but I expected more than a one word answer over & over. Especially about the rash. She seemed too young to work in this professional position.

My experience on 1/21/2026 was so impressive from start to finish. My PA was extremely knowledgeable about my case and allowed me to voice all of my concerns. I particularly liked that I was handed a hard copy of my drug list ; plus sending all my scripts to Walgreens and Starbuck pharmacy for my post opt. pain-free speedy recovery.

Everyone was professional and caring. Would highly recommend.

I have used this practice for various orthopedic procedures over the past couple of years. They are always cognizant of my time and are extremely pleasant to work with.

Always open to questions and recommendations concerning my well being throughout my rehabilitation post surgery

The gaps in communication from the Virtua team were acknowledged...e.g. no response for 5 days regarding post-op blister care. Some of the post-op review was simply procedural, such as no elective dental care for 3 months post-op. I was never asked about comfort, nutrition or sleep/rest, which I would have expected.

All the staff & PAs are very caring & efficient

All staff were pleasant, informative and caring. All post op questions answered. Bandages removed without issue.

I just want to say that from the beginning, they have been, Dr. Reed and his staff have been perfectly wonderful. They explain everything. They tell you each and everything that's going to happen, all the medications needed. They tell you when to get them, where to get them, and they make all the phone calls for me. I just wanted to say that the nurse practitioner that does my cortisone shots in both of my knees does a terrific job not hurting me my first shot was given by the doctor and that hurt so bad I was afraid to get more shots when they're due next time but when I did go back I was seen by a nurse practitioner and for some reason, I don't know why it wasn't that painful as my first shot. Great doctor and nurses that care about you

The person did not listen to me about where the cortisone shot in my knees - inform d me where the shot is given by het "and did I want the shot" I felt unheard and that my experience with my body didn't matter

She didn't listen when I said the cellulitis eased up but never went away! She didn't look at my hand carefully nor touch it! She just said go to an infectious disease specialist! I had to ask her for a referral!

Yes, I was very upset about something that had happened. I fell and I was worried that it would affect my surgery and they got me in right away. They saw me right away. The doctor assured me everything was fine, took x-rays and I was quite pleased and very happy and yes, I would definitely recommend him and I have recommended him to others.

Didn't need to wait long in waiting room either.

I had many issues with my fingers and carpal tunnel. Wishing a month of initial visit, I had testing to confirm and surgery. I am 2 weeks post surgery and I am back to at least 80%. The procedures done, I had little pain and slight restriction in my movements.

Virtua is Top Notch! From the front desk to all the medical providers, they treat you like you are the only patient! I have never received better medical service anywhere else!
