I was nervous about changing Doctor's, but they all made it a very pleasant experience.

Going to see a doctor ranks high on my list of things I NEVER want to do. Because of this, I haven't seen a doctor in approximately 10 years. This alone left me apprehensive about my visit. Dr. Toledo could not have been more kind and, both he and his office staff, made me comfortable. I left feeling most impressed with the care and attention I received from Dr Toledo, as well as impressed by how well the office is run. I.e., little wait time before seeing the doctor, virtual conference with nurse care manager who set up procedure appointments for me.

Coming off of a HORRIBLE experience with another health care group in town (quite literally couldn't get them to respond to a message via phone or app for FIVE MONTHS) I was dreading a similar experience coming into my first visit. Dr. Toledo couldn't have been more opposite of that. He took the time to understand my frustrations, ask questions, and even joke around a bit. Truly renewed my faith in health care. Even the front desk staff was so kind! I can't even describe the relief I feel moving toward with Virtua. Thank you for caring!

I was super scared, anxious, shook, nervous, and on the verge of tears about seeking a new pcp. I left there feeling like I could breathe again, informed, & EXTREMELY happy that I went there. Dr. Toledo made me feel seen, not embarrassed, and didn't judge me one bit during this first visit. He took care of my health needs- beyond what I thought, & was extremely informative. Best decision I could've made. I wish I went to virtua & started seeing him sooner. I thank him and the staff for everything. They are ALL great. I mean every single word of that. I could go on and on about how amazing my first visit went. I would highly reccomend for anyone to go there. Especially if they're nervous/ anxious like myself.
