Everyone was very nice, professional and friendly.

I was left in the waiting room for an extended period of time - apparently the front desk forgot to note that I had arrived 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. My doctor apologized for the issue - not certain what happened, but I hope that doesn't happen again. I am a long-term patient of my physician and am glad that she is now part of Virtua Primary Care.

The young man that took my blood pressure and did my preliminary was very, very adept. He did the right thing. I appreciated him and I think he did an excellent job. Thank you.
