Yes, Dr. Valentino is above excellent as a doctor. The staff was great when I went into Ukrainsky's office where I visited him, but he is definitely a 10 as a doctor. And he's got the greatest bedside manners and he's very thorough and he explains everything thoroughly and he's a very caring person. So I rate him as a 10 as a doctor and I rate him as above excellent and I would definitely recommend Dr. Dominic Valentino out to anyone that had any kind of issues with their preliminary area. I waited almost an hour before seeing the doctor. My appointment was at 3:30 pm. I arrived there at 3:20. By 4:00, I was still in the waiting room without anyone explaining the delay. I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot about me ... they said no. About 5 minutes later, the medical assistant directed to the inner waiting room in without explaining why there was such a long delay. I then waiting another 20-25 minutes before the doctor came in. He apologized, but that type of delay, especially when no one from the staff provides an update, is unacceptable.

The Individual checking me in became distressed when I told her I was unable to sit in the waiting room chairs as would not be able to get out of them so I would have to return to my vehicle to sit and wait and she would have to call me to come in when they were ready to take me to the exam room, upon discharge and making a follow-up appointment she once again told me to take a seat. Please get some higher seating for you waiting room.

Everyone at this office is kind and considerate of my needs. I am very happy with Dr Valentino.

Yes, my experience at the office was somewhat okay. There was one lady that was very friendly. She took care of the process of getting my records from my other doctor, and I apologize, I don't remember her name. I had her email address, and I'm trying to find it now, but in any case, she was very friendly, very nice. to go to another office because I had lost my blue jacket and I called for three days and a couple people I spoke to were very unfriendly and I don't feel comfortable going to that office in Mullica Hill. So if he has another office that those women don't go to, then I would prefer to transfer to another office. I'd like to keep him as a doctor. I understand people have bad days, good days,

Great experience! This is my third sleep doctor. Dr. Valentino showed more interest in my well being. He followed up after changes were made. He will get back to me in two weeks. I never had this happen to me before in my care plan. Unfortunately, I will contact the office, this new mask is not working for me. I will discuss with staff next week. Thanks

Dr. Valentino is the most conscientious, educated provider I've ever had in any field. He checks on me if he knows I've been in the hospital or if something's going on that would need his attention.
