As usual, my visit with Dr. Koman was just great. When I last saw the doctor in late 2024, I was told I could not schedule a follow-up appointment in late 2025 due to scheduling limitations . In addition, I was not provided CT scan or Ultrasound paperwork . I took it upon myself to schedule this appointment . I stopped in 2 weeks prior and asked the person at reception to look and see if any advance tests were ordered for me . She stated there were none . When I saw the doctor he was annoyed and snippy that I didn't have the CT scan and Ultrasound performed ! I call BS on all of this incompetence ! I did nothing wrong . I am angry at the receptionist and at the doctor for his attitude . Period .

The office staff was disorganized. No one was at the front desk. Dr came in to the room and seemed a bit frustrated and was not as cordial as before. Visit seemed rushed. This visit was not the best visit I've had.

The doctor was very professional and worked with me explicitly on everything that I had to discuss. I really admire him and I think he's an outstanding physician. The only thing I think that the facility needs help with is the amount of time it took me to get appointments. It's very difficult to schedule appointments and the wait time is ridiculous. But other than that, everything was perfect and couldn't be better. So thank you very much.

Dr. Koman is a true professional. He is able to explain things in plain common language and on entering the examination room he knows my history and remembers conversations we had during previous appointments. He is the best!!!!!

When I was done and attempted to check out everyone was at lunch. I was told to wait until lunch was done to make my follow up appointment! Really! The person speaking with me never looked up or acknowledged me. I was then told all open follow up visits unbooked would get a call back or you can just wait. This was not considerate of me or my time. Very disappointed. If it was my first visit it would have been my last.

It would be better if you didn't send silly questionnaires, especially with silly questions like whether everyone treated me as a unique person. What does that even mean? We're very happy with the Virtua doctors. I like and trust Dr. Koman very much, but stop with the questionnaires!!! It's amazing that medical facilities functioned perfectly well for the entire last century and earlier with no questionnaires, until all of a sudden 10? years ago, everyone from restaurants to dentists decided to annoy people with questionnaires.

I feel like I am in such good hands with Dr Koman. Always has answers and listens to my concerns.

The paperwork was not send to my insurance and my insurance try to charge me around $1 k for using hard monitor. Did not hear from dr. nurse, if she submitted all necessary documents to my Insurance.

I'm sure most people are experienced and qualified but there seems to be lack of personalization and every one is in a rush to get you in and get you out.
