It was a great experience from the receptionist all the way to my doctor. Dr. Paz is a really excellent doctor who takes care of you and listens to you and knows everything about what's going on with my knee. Thank you.

Love Dr. Paz. He is a skilled professional who runs his office like I wish every other Dr. would. Never a long wait or a very crowded waiting room which makes me believe other Drs. schedule too many patients and everyone ends up waiting way past their appointment time. Never mind going to this office!

First time in the Virtua system in years; Dr. Paz did an excellent job discussing my involved medical history and explaining the next steps in my treatment. Excellent level of care provided by both Dr. Paz and his entire staff.

I feel very comfortable moving forward with my hip replacement surgery, after meeting with Dr. Efrain Paz. We talked, he then went over my x-rays with me, showed me a model of the hip and explained what would happen during surgery. He answered all my questions. {redacted} was great. She went over all the paperwork with me and advised me that she will order the post-surgery medical equipment, that will be needed and answered my questions. She offered me her contact information in case I had any questions or concerns.

Dr Paz and I discussed the pain in my leg continuing. An x-ray was taken and the knee replacement appears to be intact. The Dr felt the pain was spinal and recommended seeing another Ortho for the back. My one and only reason I fell taken aback is that in his note there is not a mention of my continued pain, the xray results and the referral to ortho for the possible back cause. I fell like he failed to document the entire visit to take to the Ortho dr.

Dr Paz was excellent. He took the time to review my exrays and determined what was wrong.

Need a step ladder for bed and toilet lifter to make taller as my knees hurt to get in & out of bed. The shower chair and guard rails are needed please order.DMV handicap form please I didn't get either.

I would definitely go back to him if my leg continue to hurt me, but when he showed me the x-rays here he explained the situation and he gave me a choice. He's a very good doctor.

I drove over 90 miles due to the excellent level of care provided by Dr. Paz and Staff.

Dr. Paz is by far the best orthopedic specialist I've ever been to, and I would never go to anybody else. So as long as he's practicing medicine, I will continue to come to Dr. Paz.

I have no issue with the treatment I received at this location. My issue is with Virtua; I was unable to make it to an appointment I had scheduled and called 4 times trying to speak to someone to cancel. I was transferred via auto selection to the proper department, however after ringing 5 times the phone hung up. I finally had to go online and locate another phone number and was able to make contact. This took me over 20 minutes. I am not the only one having this difficulty, I love the doctors, nurses, and staff but we need to be able to talk to someone when needed.

Dr. Paz was wonderful. He immediately saw my problem and sent me right to the hospital. I had a fracture fever and I had surgery yesterday and all went well.

The staff neglected to tell the doctor that I was in a specific room. After 45 minutes past my appointment time, I finally went out into the hall, looking for someone. The girl that took me to the room, tried to say that he was tied up with patients. The waiting room wasn't even busy on the day I was there. He had no idea I was waiting for him and apologized when he came in saying no one told him I was there. I do like Dr. Paz, but his staff needs some training.
