My Practitioner made me feel very comfortable, as a result of her bedside manner.

I was seen by Eleana Kriebel for the first time and she provided excellent care. She was informed about my concern and spent sufficient time to inform me of what was causing my problem and what to do about it. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

Eleana Kriebel, PA was terrific. I was seeing her as a new patient. She obviously had read my chart before my visit, for she asked me specific questions that related to my health history. She was very through- we have a health plan moving forward. I was extremely comfortable. I will recommend her to my friends.

My only reservation about my experience is the difficulty of parking and entering the building. I have severe mobility limitations and found the distance from either of the two doors into the Brace Road office from the nearest parking spots too far for comfort. On my worst days I cannot walk that far.

The three representatives at the check in window were rude and openly talking about patients in a negative manner, loudly as if we weren't sitting in the lobby and present. Very bold of them and u comfortable for me for sure. The representatives also appeared to have a rude and impatient disposition.

My experience with Eleana Kriebel was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She took her time with me and gave me a treatment plan for my condition. I look forward to seeing her again.

The nurse assistant was very helpful and nice.

To start, I initially scheduled my appointment for a flu shot. Upon arrival I had checked in. Everything went as normal. Proceeded to an exam room once provider got to the room and I was finally told there was no flu shot. This was the second time and made an appointment and did not receive the flu vaccine. However, I did receive a shingles vaccine. I did have questions about it whether or not it was safe for me to get the vaccine because I am on Three different biologics one an infusion orencia. I was just given a couple days prior and another methotrexate I take weekly these are four my rheumatoid arthritis and I take trelogy for my lungs. I wound up in the hospital the next day with a reaction from the vaccine because I should never have received it due to the medication I am on. Which I did question numerous times while I was in the office.

Dr. Kriebel is very helpful, very accommodating, and very compassionate. She really listens to us and tries to figure out what she can do and help us with the best plan for my husband's care.

I waited 7 hours to get a response to my request for antibiotic AND/OR a prescription for cough relief. Both were denied. Very dissatisfied with the lack of response and lack of concern about my health.

My PA was interactive, seemed interested, and conveyed a feeling of care. She had personality, which was really a refreshing change. I felt comfortable talking to her.

Dr. Kriebel and her team have excellent bedside manner and their dedication to patient care shows. Although I've had challenges with insurance coverage they have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met.

I needed a pre-op EKG and signed physician approval forms which had to be scheduled between August 6 and 28. There were no open dates except for the day I went in (August 6). Virtua had one opening and scheduled me for 12:40. I was able to get the EKG and all the required papers signed and sent to the opthamologists that very day. The staff was professional, kind and attentive the desk personnel, EKG tech and PA were excellent!

It was a great visit with Eleana ..see you next time. Highly recommend!

Very professional service

I am sorry I was not able to obtain with my actual PMD in a timely manner. I was seen by her NP, who was pleasant and helpful -- but she was not my PMD. I resent having to wait up to three weeks to see my own doctor.

My dr. Is fabulous takes time to call me and explain everything .

Great doctor i had

I have white coat syndrome and this was my 1st visit since my doctor retired. I was scared to death. Everyone that I dealt with was kind and considerate. I was given ample time in the appointment and I was listened to. I was given good advice and direction.

It takes a long time to get an appointment. E Kriebel is AWESOME!

Dr. Eleana was very wonderful and caring when I was in the appointment with her, and she was very attentive, and she listened to me, and I was very happy that she was a former student of Dr. Levine. Just like him, she's able to build a great rapport with a wonderful bedside manner.

Only thing was that when nurse was taking my blood pressure, she talked to me, asked questions and said "let's multi task and have you sign your pre-surgical papers". My pulse was very high (never is) and she took it twice. Never had anyone talk, ask questions, sign while taking my BP. Very odd and not how it's supposed to be done.

The questions are confusing and really do not apply. It was an annual exam. Appointment was set 1 year ago. Staff is not the same as the provider. The provider is fine. The staff has been lacking in the past.
