I do not like the impersonal way it is needed to make an appointment. Everything is on-line. You get an electronic message for everything. A message was sent stating a time change to my appt from 9:15 to 9:00 - which was great - then they took me at 9:15 anyway. I didn't see the dr until 9:45. The dr is always rushed. I always feel like Dr Egan is rushing me out the door. The dr is knowledgeable, but the experience is cold and impersonal. I feel like I'm on a conveyor belt.

Dr. Egan is very thorough. She takes good notes during my visits while we talk. I know this because my next visit 6 months to a year from now, She will know everything we discussed on the 10th! She definitely knows my history. I recommended her to my niece who saw Dr. Egan. She really liked Dr. Egan because she "listens"! The only negative issue I have is if I need an appointment, I have to wait a minimum of 3 months!

The Dr. was knowledgeable and thorough. She noted what I was saying and asked questions and gave advice. There are a few minor mistakes in MyChart notes from our conversation. I will tell her in next visit or if it comes up again I will clarify.

From the time I came in for my appointment, everyone was nice and treated me with kindness. Dr Egan answered all of my questions, she didn't rush me and took time to listen, and I feel comfortable.

Dr. Egan is a phenomenal doctor, takes all the time that she needs to assess your overall health, to discuss in thorough detail the course of treatment, next steps, and you walk out of there feeling very confident that you're in great hands and she knows your health and she's on top of it all. The staff is very courteous, highly recommend it.

I love having Dr Egan as my physician. She listens and considers my other health diagnosis and then comes up with a plan. I am so much better already. The best decision I have made was choosing her as my new gastroenterologist.

Dr. Egan had read my chart from previous colonoscopies and was knowledgeable about my medical history. She not only took the time to familiarize herself with my medical records (this was my first visit with her) but took time to carefully discuss my concerns and explain the procedure in detail.

I have had close to a 20 year relationship with this provider, Dr. Elizabeth Egan, and there is no one else that I would trust with my G.I. issues. Not only is Dr. Egan an outstanding doctor, she is an outstanding human being. Her staff is also outstanding. They are all treated well by her and her well treatment of her staff is reflected back upon the well care of the patient.

Was not a good experience. Waited over 6 months for appointment. Was kept waiting for an hour. Nothing was solved. Was talked at instead of listen to. Referred to esophagus specialist who I am told has a 6 month wait list and still hasn't called to make me an appointment. Pointless visit actually waste of my time & Medicare's money.

Dr Egan is probably the best doctor I have been treated by. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and I feel well cared for by Dr Egan. I highly recommend Dr Egan to anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist.

Dr. Egan was amazing! I haven't had a doctor like her in probably 20 years. She asked questions, but really LISTENED to the answers. She talked about things that I would have thought were unrelated to my issues (such as a physical response to grief). I didn't feel rushed at all, and that is not something you get anymore. I honestly felt like she was invested in my health. My only complaint about Dr. Egan is that since she's a specialist, I won't see her often. I wish she was my GP! I have been talking about her care every day since my appointment. It was THAT positive.

Doctor seemed very knowledgeable! The 1st doctor to ask me to drill down on my symptoms! I've been vomiting for years and I believe Dr. Egan will get to the bottom of this! Very professional staff. Appointment was on time with no waiting. The only waiting was for the date of the appointment.i made the appointment in May and was unable to see Dr. Egan until October 7. Seemed rather long to be scheduled that far out. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Took over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen, was a little frustrating.

I needed better instructions on how to get to the gastroenterology practice. I arrived at 502 Centennial with no difficulty but struggled to identify the correct office.

Dr. E was able to local my last upper/lower GI at copper hospital (my chart)during the pandemic 2021, when there were no follow up appointments. Dr E helps me understand my condition and gave meds to control the problem.

This is the first Dr in a long time that took the time to listen to my history and even if she couldn't give me a definite answer, she was able to send me for tests, refer to other specialists and try different medication to try and get to the bottom of figuring out what is going on with me. It felt good for someone to care like that!
