Yes, the doctor was fantastic and did a great, great job. However, the nurse was terribly unpleasant and did not treat me well and had an attitude. So I definitely would recommend she not work with the public. Thank you.

Yes, my only concern was when I was in Mount Holly at Virgins Hospital, they seemed to be understaffed, and I couldn't get the help I needed with help aid, like washing up, helping me get to the bathroom. I guess they were light on, not enough help, but they need to improve that in Mount Holly. All right, bye.

Though computers were down because of a car accident earlier, Dr. Renza was courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful.

The issue wasn't really the particular provider. I just don't understand why their office would have scheduled me with a doctor that could not address my issue. So now I've wasted my $50 copay and whatever the heck 50% for coinsurance ends up being. it was a waste of several hours of a day for me, only to be told she does deal with my type of issue. The office HAD ALL MY IMAGING... stop making appointment just to steal peoples money. NOW I'll have to go to ANOTHER surgeon to look at something the provider I saw instantly knew she wouldn't be able to handle... yet you still bill me.

Dr Renza made room for me on her appointment book because I had a situation that needed to be looked at prior to my trip out of the country. I am very thankful for her caring for my health, explained in detail my situation and next course of action as well as her understanding of my short window to see her.

The provider listened carefully. They made me feel heard. And for once, she did not make me feel like I was crazy. She made me feel like we have a plan of care in place, that no matter the outcome, there's still a way forward. And that was the first time that someone's ever given me that kind of information. And it felt really good.
