Virtual OBGYN is a great office. They are, Emily Dubleweis is a wonderful practitioner, but when trying to set up an appointment, I think it goes to like a call center and they're just not very helpful, I guess. And it would be more helpful if like they're not helpful when there's not an appointment that is convenient for my schedule. And then they say, we'll get you over to the office. And you're thinking the whole time, oh, I thought I was talking to the office and you find out you're not. So it's just kind of a waste of time. It would be much more helpful to just speak to the office rather than a call center that doesn't really know the schedule of the doctors when the doctors are blocked out for surgeries and hospital days, things like that.

The medical assistant was rude

Dr . Dubelbeiss was wonderful. She explained test results and put me at ease. She is an asset to the Virtua system.

This was my first visit. Dr Dubelbeiss was Pleasant and took her time answering my questions. She explained what was going on with me. Gave her medical options and we talked about the plan for my care. I will be seeing her in the future.

Dr. Dubelbeiss was friendly, responsive, and professional. I liked her a lot and would definitely continue to see her. She's an asset to your practice.

Thorough examination and history taken. Excellent bedside manner and was on time. Did not feel rushed. Was hesitant after my original doctor had moved on to a career focused on surgical gyn.

This was my first time seeing Dr Dubelbeiss because my regular Physician wasn't readily available. With the topics I wanted to discuss, I was very nervous and hesitant since she didn't know my history and I prejudged thinking she wouldn't be experienced enough with my situation. (Being a newer Dr). Boy! Was I wrong! Dr Dubelbeiss was attentive, caring, compassionate and very thorough. She explained everything in detail and attentively listened to my concerns. I will not hesitate to back to her for future care and already look forward to my followup!

For such a serious and important reason for the visit, it felt rushed and not very personalized to her needs.

New Dr. seen in practice since my regular Dr. retired. May take more time to feel as comfortable with her.

Hi, I just wanted to say that my appointment with Dr. Emily went really, really well. Because last time when I was in the Morristown office, I left in tears just because I felt that I wasn't being listened to. But my appointment recently was really, really good. And I would definitely recommend her to my friends and my family. So I just wanted to say thank you to her for being kind and caring and actually listening and wanting to listen and not being in a rush. That's all. Thank you.

I found the experience very helpful and the doctor was very considerate about my comfort and gave me very good advice and medicine to help.

My treatment at the urgent care was excellent. Everyone was so thoughtful. I got in. I was a walk-in. I was seen within less than 15 minutes. The nurse who saw me was very, very aware of my situation, and she gave me a tube of the cream that I need to deal with the burn on my arm. She was wonderful, and she also checked to make sure I did not need a tetanus shot, yes. I am thankful for the urgent cares. The virtual urgent cares are the best thing that ever happened to its clients. I am very, very grateful for everything. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The physical exam was super quick. It's not like I'd like them long, lol, but I would like to know it's thoroughly done. ie. Existing fatty breast lump, was not found. While asking her for a script that I've had access to for over 20 years, she declined, (her prerogative) but then while standing near to the door, checked her watch and started smiling big. It was weird. When discussing my medical history she kept referring me to specialists (I wasn't looking for referrals, I was just sharing history). I felt she was dismissive, distracted, and rushing the visit. It was the worst visit I've had in 30 plus years of gyno exams! I've had 2 long term gynos in the past 20 years. I'm not someone that is difficult to connect with or overly picky about care. This is the first time I can remember talking time to review a provider. It was that bad! I'm now thinking of leaving Virtua based on this experience. The standard of care was definitely sub par.

This was my first visit with Dr Dubelbeiss and it was great, very thorough, described all the steps in the pelvic exam and Pap smear in an understandable way as she was doing them. The MAs and front desk were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this practice and Dr Dubelbeiss!

The physician I saw was fabulous, very personable and addressed all of my concerns. The staff that brought me back to the treatment room was a little rude, asking if I left and was in my car or something because she tried to call me from the waiting room already and seemed mad about it, when I was actually in the bathroom as directed to to do from the front desk. After I explained that, the staff member was great the rest of the time. I will be definitely returning as I loved the physician!

She was the best OB-GYN that I've ever seen in my life, truly. She was very thorough. She listens very attentively. She knows her stuff. She explains her stuff. Just 10 out of 10, even though it's a drive to Southampton, when I could go to a lot of other OB-GYNs, I will continue to go to Emily and make that drive just because she's that good and I trust her with my body. I think the doctor who was my examining doctor was wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. However, the receptionist, I think her name was [REDACTED], is questionable on her attitude. It was a professional attitude somewhat, but with an attitude unnecessarily. But everything else was great. Thank you so much for asking.
