The thing that was done very well was all of the staff are extremely kind and patient. The doctor is amazing. What was not so well is that when I went into my appointment this year, there were no holiday decorations. It just felt like a cold, sterile place.

The receptionist did not acknowledge me when I walked in so i sat down until she called me up. She did not say hello, or when leaving even say have a good day.

Hi, I was just like to document, but I think that a way that she could improve would be to actually read the MRI in full detail before patient comes into the meeting space. It was clear that she did not know where the location of my tumor was positioned and it caused poor decision-making and the suggestions that she was unveiling for me during that time for me to make a critical decision in my follow-up care. I was there on a visit about my condition and the Female that called me in the back was very nice I forgot her name she was a colored female, after my exam with Dr Emily Gleimer then my 3 Sisters came in while the Dr was explaining everything to us She was great she answered every question that was asked she made sure that we understood everything about the Surgery then to top it off She said that she is the Surgeon that's going to do the surgery and control the Robot (I was happy) knowing that she was going to be there and also my surgeon, Everyone treated us great all questions and answers,
