The office staff needs lessons in how to be personable. Every one of them seemed to be in a bad mood and like they were doing me a favor by checking me in or bringing me to the room. The office manager is very nice though.

Emily was very pleasant and warm and approachable. She answered all of my questions patiently and as she was about to leave, I thought of a few more questions. She stopped, turned around, faced me, looked me in the eye with a smile and listened to my questions and answered all of those additional questions as well. I felt very comfortable with her. We discussed my medication and how to move forward with it in a way that I was comfortable with, and she refilled my, what is it called? My expanders. She was gentle and skillful, and everything went well with my visit, and I really liked Emily, and I would go back to her. Thank you very much.
