Both the office/medical staff and doctor were very personable. They listened to my concerns and were able to put my mind at ease. Everything was explained in terms that I could understand and any questions were answered.

The doctor talk with me and not at me which is important to me He listen to what I had to say and then we discuss the options.

Dr Strauss is a awesome . His staff is great also. .

Dr. Strauss was very professional gave me a lot of information of what to expect for my future surgery if I go that way and other things I could do if I did not want the surgery I do believe he's giving me time to make my choice. Dr Strauss gives an informative overview of the procedure and expectations.

I waited over an hour and was not called on to see the dr. Patients came in after me, were seen and left. I went to the desk and asked why I had not seen the Dr. I was told that I was overlooked. There were apologies from the associate at the desk, the assistant and the doctor. However, I found it very disturbing.

Dr. Strauss and the staff are to be complimented on every aspect of patient care.

A professional and welcoming environment. Efficient, knowledgable and informative with their care. And most important- successful in treating conditions.

Dr. Strauss listened to my concerns/problems and gave me several suggestions in regards to handling my care. He took his time with me, gave me a thorough exam of both my hands and explained what he can do for me. I would highly recommend his care to anyone who needs a hand physician/surgeon.

I was very impressed with Dr. Strauss, very knowledgeable, very nice, very nice bedside manner and I also was impressed by the fact that he did not make me wait. He was very prompt. He took me within the time frame of my appointment and I'm sure that if I need any more help that I would definitely go back to him.

Nice all around. The doctor, the assistant, the desk register person and even the security out in the lobby was very nice and polite and helpful. It was a 10 day.

At first I thought it was going to be difficult getting an appointment and then all of a sudden it was like, oh, okay, I got an appointment. Oh my goodness. And Dr. Strauss is excellent, communicates very well in a professional manner and yet in a layman's terms for the average person to understand. And I want to say thank you.

Never a bad experience. Dr. Strauss remembered me from over 20 years ago. Pretty impressive. No pain at all with my fusion to the point I was not sure I was operate on. He's the best. The staff..... Always caring. I work with Jane who is just the most caring woman I have ever worked with. She answers me right away and takes care of my questions and issues pretty much within the same day as sometimes I email her late in the day. Highly recommend

Dr Strauss is wonderful!

I met Dr. Strauss in 1922, he did surgery on my hand. He is an excellent doctor, looking at my hand you can't see where the surgery was. I thank God for Dr. Strauss. He also did surgery in 1925. Getting ready for Feb. Dr. Strauss staff is lovely, very nice!

Took long time for nurses to come and do their jobs

Everything went well except for the initial arrival process. The receptionist was helping another patient and I saw a clipboard on the counter that said "Patient Check In". I signed my name and arrival info. When the receptionist finished with the other patient, she continued working at her computer and failed to check me in. Another patient arrived and was checked in before I had an opportunity to be checked in. She apologized but it caused me to sit for an extra 15 or so minutes waiting to be called.

Love Dr. Strauss! He puts me at ease and has great expertise.

Dr Strauss is a wonderful doctor. Very personable, caring, and addresses all your concerns. Dr Strauss has done surgery on my right thumb twice and my left hand. It was painless, quick and uneasy in tge surgery room right there in voorhees. In and out of in an hour. Now I need surgery on the left thumb and I have to go to the Summit building for surgery and its going to involve a added appointment to come in to sign papers, plus I have to wait 2 months to have the surgery instead a 2 weeks like all the previous surgeries before. All my surgeries were under local anesthetic. I drove myself to his office and out in an hour. All these changes just add more inconvenience to their administration staff and the patient, and more money in Virtua's pocket. Im NOT happy about any of Virtua's new policies. Im very pleased with the services that Dr Strauss has given me, and for that reason, I don't intend on going anywhere else. However, I think the hospitals make enough money from patient's. I guess it still isn't enough!

Very professional, explained my options in a detailed manners, and took time with me doing tests to find out the damage in my finger.

Dr. Strauss is the consummate professional and he's very very good at what he does. I am five weeks post surgery and so far the outcomes to date have been exceeding expectations.

Staff members where great..Physician seemed like he was bothered and condescending . Left me with second thoughts about Virtua

Dr Strauss is an outstanding diagnostician and surgeon. Pleasant and inclusive in all decision making. His staff are pleasant professional and accommodating. Only one office concern: Their automated phone system is awful: Each call goes through a myriad of connections, often cutting off. Getting a human to answer any connection is harder than trying to speak to the Pope ! It took me 5 separate phone calls to leave a message on the first day. 2 more calls the second day before I received a return call - simply to make an appointment. This kind of trouble has plagued the office for years. When I was in medical practice, I felt need to apologize to the patients I referred there because of the phone system.

All staff friendly and helpful except front desk is always miserable.

Dr. Strauss and his fellow coworkers were excellent. I appreciate this office and I thank you for everyone being so kind and caring.

Convenience, experience was just what I needed

Dr. Strauss was very professional and kind. I felt at ease and completely confident with his care. Everything was explained in detail in a way I understood. I would gladly recommend this physician.

I was in a lot of pain and the scheduler was able to give me an appointment the next morning. Doctors staff remembered me from previous visits and treated me very nice. Doctor Strauss examined me took X-rays and diagnosed my pain quickly. He injected my wrist with corticosteroids and lidocaine and by the next day the pain was mostly gone. I recommend this practice highly.

Dr. Strauss had great bedside manner. He was very efficient. He was just a great physician. He sent me right out to get the anthropomorph, I believe it is, for my wrist. So that's scheduled for next Thursday. And then it'll get, they'll send a report back to him. So to follow up with him, but everything was good. Thank you.

The providers are excellent, as well as their staff. Outside of that, Virtua has become nothing more than a medical factory line. Calling in for an appointment was such an unpleasant experience that it left a very bad taste in my mouth and that is why I wouldn't recommend Virtua.

I hear he is very good at what he does, but lacks a good bedside manner. I was told by one his patients whom I know "you are going to love him". I only saw him for my surgical consultation, so maybe in time I will love him too. In the end it is not the personally that counts it's the competent care that you receive. Ask me after my surgery, things may be different.

I arrived early, was seen early, got a shot in my finger. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Love when that happens

Dr Strauss made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and treated me with respect and kindness.

Even though I'm sure the Dr has given the same explanation about trigger finger a million times, it still felt genuine, informative and empathetic and made me comfortable with the treatment

Dr. Strauss has done three separate surgeries on me starting when I was 24 years old. His reputation speaks for itself because here I am over 30 years later still coming back to him because I won't let anybody else touch my hands. I have not had any problems with the surgeries he had done 30 years ago and have had 100% relief. Dr. Strauss has also done surgeries to 3 members of my family. When I saw him this year he remembered key things about me where I have seen Drs a week later who didn't remember when I was there last. To me this is someone who truely cares about his patients. My dedication to him after 35 years speaks for itself as a type of doctor that he is. I look forward to having him give me relief and making me whole as far as my hands are concerned. I am so glad he was still performing surgeries as I don't know what I would've done if I had to go to somebody else. I love you, Dr. Strauss and your whole staff and I couldn't thank you enough for the relief you have given me and the relief you're about to give me. Thank you everyone.

You can't even believe how much work was done on my hand and how wonderful it looks now plus how much I can use it. I have been seeing Dr. Strauss for over 30 years, but this time he and his staff went above and beyond. I needed to have an MRI, but I was in a time crunch because I am due to receive an ICD. They worked so quickly to ensure I had the authorization to get this scheduled quickly. I love this office and their staff.

I was very happy with my service once I got an appointment. However, my initial attempt to schedule an appointment was disappointing. I called and the message said the wait was 45 minutes. I was cut off after 36 minutes. I tried to make an online and MyChart appointment to no avail. Were it not for my PCP I would have given up. The next time I called I was given an appointment right away.

I thought Dr Strauss was very confident in his abilities which helped with my anxiety about getting a couple shots of cortisone. He did a great job.

The doctors and nurses were very informative, and they made me feel very comfortable. And there was no nonsense. He just explained to me what he could do or what he couldn't do. And I appreciate that.

I don't see any area where there needs improvement. I was so impressed by the level of care from the doctor. He sat down, even lent me his reader's glasses since I didn't bring my own, and explained to me thoroughly the procedure that he performed. He had a great bedside manner. His team was thorough and efficient, polite. I had a tremendous experience, would recommend him to anyone. Even the doctor gave me an umbrella when he saw it was raining. I didn't ask. He noticed it was raining outside and he said, you can take my umbrella and bring it back on your next visit. I was so impressed and would recommend him to anyone. I would return to him myself.

Because I had gone to Dr. Ragland previously for the same procedure he was not available at this facility anymore. So it took a professional courtesy call to Dr. Ragland to see if he would allow me to go to the same facility. If not, I would have to go someplace else or have someone drive me to Burlington County.

The follow up was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Strauss is excellent - patient, communicates clearly, and offers options. The nurse (whose name I am embarrassed not to recall at the moment) is kind, caring, and went out of her way to provide information on doctors that I need.

Left there not knowing anything didn't review nerve test only review of 1 x ray not update x rays

Got appointment within one week of request. Dr. Knew my history. Whole appointment was about 15-20 minutes , including wait times . Will be back in about six months.

As a caregiver to two family members living in two different households, my schedule is complicated and staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I also have issues with local anesthesia and they were prepared with a product that was safe for me. I feel safe with this physician and his office staff.

Does Virtua have a Osteoporosis Arthritis and Rheumatologist doctor nearby me where I can visit concerning medical problems diagnosed by other doctors previously? Thank you for your Care...

Everything went extremely well. The girl that took care of me, she was very, very polite, took me inside, sat me down, very thorough, very conscientious, very respectful. Doctor came in, asked me qualified questions that he wanted to ask me. Everything worked out. I was very happy, very relaxed, and very confident that the work that was prescribed to me will be done safely and securely.

All the staff are very friendly, they are always there and can take you as far as you can, very good medical care, thank you.
