I drive quite a distance to see Dr Requa. He is amazing. Extremely skilled at administering injection and make sure patient feels no discomfort.

I've been seeing this provider for years now that he's part of VRO I think it's ridiculous the older and disabled patients have to go through hoops to get their handicap placards. My primary care doctor does not treat my knee problem and I don't understand why he's the one that has to give me my handicap placard now. I think this new rule is NOT in the best interest of the patient.

The doctor was kind, patient, and thorough. He took his time explaining everything to me and had a wonderfully gentle bedside manner. I went in through the Urgent Care side and the staff there noticed that I would be best treated by one of the shoulder doctors on the main side. They quickly put me on his schedule instead of making me go through the urgent care first. That is the definition of definitive care and team work.

Never worked with this provider DrRequa before. Was referred by my orthopedist to get cortisone injection to address hip discomfort. After getting shot in my hip bursa, the relief was almost immediate. Hopefully results will be long-lasting The doctor and support staff all treated me well and I was seen at the appointment time...yay!

Dr. Requa was pleasant and personable. He listened carefully to my symptoms and what had transpired since my last visit. I appreciate that he is conservative with his treatment but offers suggestions for other measures if necessary.

It's extremely hard to make an appointment with any of the virtues because you don't get through to where you need to apparently whoever scheduled my appointment tried to give me to a different doctor and my doctor saw this and said absolutely not she's my patient and she won't see anyone else and that's exactly right

Horrible scheduling! I was on hold 20 minutes the first time I called and had to hang up. Then the second time I called I was on hold for 34 minutes and had to get off the phone. So the third and final time I called I had to give myself a full day and was on hold 49 minutes before someone picked up the phone and then transferred me to the knee specialist line where I held an additional 12 minutes. The doctor was incredibly wonderful but your scheduling process is the worst I've ever experienced.

I truly love your practice. I have seen many different dr for different parts of the body. I was so happy to know and see Dr Eric Re. I saw him 5 yrs ago at a different company

I am recommending that all my friends and family use Cooper affiliated medical personnel instead of Virtua providers.Dr. Requa is wonderful! However,the mandatory consent form that they want you to sign under duress is beyond ridiculous. Whereas Cooper allows you to print out and modify anything on their form you are not comfortable with, sign the consent form and they scan it back in.

With all the doctors in this practice being super specialized, I was disappointed in the level of care. Dr. felt I should be seeing a back dr instead of him. Physical exam was sadly lacking for my symptoms.

I was seen at the Medford office and I love it there. The staff is nice. The girls at the front desk are awesome and I love my doctor. I went there Saturday before seeing him and I saw a doctor that wasn't my usual doctor. He was also very nice. The girls in the back were great. I had an x-ray and she was awesome. I was really pleased with this doctor and the facility. The people at the front desk were wonderful. It was not a long wait. By the time I was taken back, which was just several minutes after I arrived, they had someone talking to me. And then the doctor came in again, just after a couple of minutes. And then he went through my history. He showed me my x-ray and explained everything to me. He was able to give me a shot, which I have been suffering for over a year with this knee problem, and I got immediate relief from it. And they're looking at other options for me as well. I couldn't have been happier. So thank you so much.

Dr Eric Requa is an exceptional, caring provider. Unlike others in the practice, he gets it, is compassionate, listens, and sensitive to the patient's needs. I called on a Thursday morning in severe pain and both he and his assistant were able to get me scheduled that same day. I'm sad that other providers do not at times exhibit his work ethic and willingness to speak to a patient about what's really happening which may exceed the 10 minute allotment appointment time I highly highly recommend Eric to other individuals needing treatment. My experience at the appointment was efficient and positive. Getting through the phone system to make an appointment was beyond ridiculous. I was called back after an hour. I also don't like not having a direct way to reach the doctor's office.

Overall, my experience was outstanding. I thought that the staff from the front desk to the athletic trainer that helped me was incredible. The doctor was wonderful. I felt like possibly I could have gotten some kind of sticker or maybe a star because I was a very good patient. I did get a shot. I did not cry. Seeing Dr. Eric Requa was a relief to me. as I am greatly concerned about my right shoulder. He listened to me and asked questions. We arrived upon a plan of action which I appreciated. He explained the steps in the plan. When I see a medical professional I want to walk away for a plan of action to resolve my issue! Dr. Eric provided that to me.

Hello. I feel as though Dr. Requa did a very good job. I was able to express concerns about my health care and about some forms that were issued during my last visit. He corrected it in the sense that he corrected the notion of my range of motion assessment and everything that was stated to be on my last form that didn't occur. He fixed it. He didn't fix the last forms, but on the new forms, he updated the information so that way it was like an adequate representation of the current physical state that I'm in. He's very attentive. He listened to my concerns and he understands that even though I cannot get better, that I am making, pursuing to try to get myself in a way that in a manner in which I can at least be able to function slash operate to be a better father for my children. And I wanted to say, I greatly appreciate the time and consideration that he put in when he handled my particular case, especially being that my situation is so unique.

Dr. Eric Requa evaluated a problem that had developed over a long period and may stem from multiple musculoskeletal issues. He provided me with a plan for testing and therapy as well as referrals for further specialized care and followed up with answers to my questions after the visit.

When I got there, the doctor told me he doesn't know why Dr. [REDACTED] sent me to him since it was premature to do anything with me. I spent $50 for a co pay for nothing. He gave me exercises to do that Dr. George was supposed to give me but didn't. I called to get a refund. They said they will look into it. Not the first time something like this has happened. Cannot afford these copays as it is,especially for doing nothing .

I had a Great experience at Virtua. They are very professional and attentive to my health. I would recommend Virtua to anyone.

I would have to say that the phone call to make the initial appointment was hours long. I was caller number 94. To me that is unacceptable. I waited for two hours on hold and no one ever picked up. Luckily I chatted with people and I did everything else that you have on your website to get someone to call me and they did. Your call Center is horrendous just saying.

Visiting with the doctor was good. I just thought that his follow-up notes could have been a little better and clearer, and more clear.

Dr. Requa listened closely to me and ordered a very-needed test to be able to treat my problem in the best way. He instructed me to make a follow-up appointment as soon as the test was done. I had a very pleasant experience inspite of the discomfort I was experiencing the day of my appointment. Dr. Requa was very thorough with my exam and explained my options.

I was taken back within less than a minute. I got xrays immediately and Dr. Requa was in within minutes. He was thorough and answered all of my questions, then gave me a cortisone shot. I follow up in July
