Erika was wonderful. She really understood my problems and I am hopeful that under her care I will start to feel better. Her staff was very nice also.

The Dr was very informative and kind. She took the time to explain things , give examples, she printed out paperwork and went through it to give me information. She was very thorough and i had a great visit. I would recommend her!

Everyone treated me with respect and compassion

Currently I'm out of work and have been prescribed a supplement that is quite expensive for me and really isn't making a noticeable difference with my condition. I tried to tell her that and was told that it's imperative that I continue to take it because clinical trials say it works. When you don't have any income and rely on other resources it makes it difficult to decide on whether four to six meals go on the table for your family or a month of medication? I would have to choose feeding my family.

Very friendly staff and doctor very efficient

The doctor I see Erika Podaris is wonderful!! She is extremely empathetic and helpful. Always caring and expresses if I am ever having pain to contact her and she will get me in for treatment.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. But even before that the dr called to make sure I was seeing the right person for my issue. This was wonderful as I have a complex medical issue and have gone to more than one appointment and found out they could not treat me or they were not the right specialist. The call was a refreshing change and very much appreciated. The entire experience was a 10.

I enjoy going to see Erika for my visits. She's always on time. You don't have to wait a long time and very personable. Takes care of any need that I may have. And everyone in the office is extremely friendly.

The visit went well and I left with a diagnosis and a plan for care, including medication and a PT script. While the office was nice and well lit, I must comment on the dark hallway leading to the office. When exiting the elevator there was a sign pointing down a hallway that was lit, but eventually there was an archway and a dimly lit hall. I retraced my steps to recheck the sign because it couldn't possibly be down that dark hallway...yet it was. Turn up the lights, please.

She is an excellent provider! She listens and is able to give real help. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with any health provider.

very pleasant

My in office experience was wonderful, but the doctor called me with results from a test, and stating that I needed medicine, but I haven't been able to get thru to anyone by phone. I've had to leave voice messages, and haven't gotten a call back. Very disappointed with Virtua and Inspira because phone calls don't go directly to my doctor's office where the doctor and staff physically are located, so it takes forever to get problems resolved in a timely fashion...which is good or ideal when the patient needs a response about treatment and medicine.

Dr. Erika was really kind, and she really listened to everything that I had to say, took notes, and she provided a treatment and indicated different medications, and told me that she was gonna give me a call with the test results, and then after she had the test results, she was gonna go They were gonna go from there with a treatment plan. And I know I have another appointment soon and I'm really excited to see what else she's gonna recommend and if the treatment has been working for me.

The staff are extremely helpful & friendly

I'm still awaiting my prescription for something that I needed for my care that I have not yet received. I called the office today to ask the provider to call in this prescription for me. So I'm still waiting and would like this medication that I need to be called into my pharmacy.
