A very positive experience

I thought I was seeing my doctor but I had been scheduled for a follow up with a physicians assistant. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Still not my surgeon. Once again, there was a wait to check in and out and the staff does not make eye contact or explain the wait. I found them to be rather rude to patients. I've been coming here for years and I'm disappointed with the decline in professionalism.

Great morale and all are very nice and accommodating...

The reason I couldn't give all 10's is because there was a dis-connect between doctors office and therapy. I was told I had an appointment and received several reminders on my phone only to find out I was "overflow" and they had no one available. The lady at the desk was very helpful and put a voicemail in to Marlton office. They called me Monday but they also had no openings and I left Tuesday morning for a long trip. So no therapy- I'm doing what I can find on you tube

Everyone treated me with respect.

Everyone was so kind. Even fitting me in from Urgent care to handle my pain.

While the experience overall was excellent Virtua really needs to offer evening hours, not everyone has easy access to afternoon transportation, not to mention not everyone can take days off work just to see a doctor.

My PA Erin was great and listened to me and was very informative of my care. She was fabulous.

I love how things flow. I love that they are just sincere, warm people. So thank you for making me feel a part. and making me feel like you really care.

Dr. [REDACTED] was out sick on my appointment date. [REDACTED] knew exactly how to treat my sliced thumb. She ordered x-rays to determine if a bone was broken and to see if any tissue beneath the skin was infected. She told me how to remedy the caloused skin. Over all, she was professional and had a plan to return my thumb to normal.

In my experience with the Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics personnel and staff, everyone has been completely competent. They've given me excellent service, and I feel very good about going there and comfortable in their care. Thank you.

I would like to talk to someone about this visit. Firstly, I was supposed to have an appointment with my regular doctor. Dr. [REDACTED]. I did not want or schedule an appointment with the PA. Her instructions in writing are absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional, very tacky. Please call me. I need to talk to someone about this. Her professionalism leaves a lot to be desired and I almost canceled my surgery for Monday because of my visit with her.

I was a walk-in and was seen shortly. I was given a thorough and clearly explained examination and a diagnosis. I had treatment and a follow-up appointment. It was a positive experience.

The entire staff is caring and compassionate. Everyone is reassuring and supportive. All offices are very clean and well cared for.
