Dr. Blank is professional and courteous. His nurse was also professional and courteous. They did not rush along like many other practices.

The staff and doctors were perfect in every way I have been coming to this practice for many years with no complaints but.... The waiting room was very worn and dirty. Also the exam room was not clean including someone before me had a bandage left on the floor.Also the girls at the exit desks had so many toys on their desk it was hard to speak with them. Everyone was very kind but the things I mentioned were very distracting.

Excellent experience for the most part! Much better than most! Had a small problem (probably stemming from the person "not knowing" and thus telling me that my dr told me wrong) asi checked out from the front desk, but everyone else was fantastic!

Need more info about the procedure & aftercare. I am very stressed & feel uninformed. Everyone was nice... This isn't my first surgery but I don't feel positive about it. I used to look forward with other surgeries bc I looked forward of feeling better... hope someone can make me feel positive. Thank you

I was happy that I was able to get an appointment so soon. Dr knew all of the history. Hopefully every will turn out good.

Dr. Blank is always caring and thorough. A pleasure to have taking care of my needs.

Drs shouldn't cut patients off when they are speaking, they should wash their hands, and don't say something is my choice in my care then write up a patient refusal when you clearly said I could very well treat conservatively. It IS MY choice. When ending the visit don't leave the door open and be dismissive. I will not be back.

Dr Blank was very professional. A very lovely man/person. And genuinely showed me he cared about me as a person, concerned about my health and explained the procedure being suggested would be beneficial to me and my health. Told me everything that I needed to know. And answered any questions, I may of had.

This team from appointments to ablation was excellent, first class!

Besides the check in (they forgot to say we arrived) but the situation was handled and we saw our Physician. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and apologetic for the front desk who forgot to let them know we were checked in. Overall 100% happy

The receptionist was not friendly at all when I was checking out and making my next appointment. She was nasty to me.

I'm just going to start this off by saying I never give tens and you guys got all tens.

Staff was friendly and cordial. Doctor Blank answered all of my questions in a friendly and personable manner.

I am experiencing things I never thought I would. The doctors/specialists I am meeting are important to me. I am trusting them with my life. Dr Blank made me feel so comfortable. He communicated with me, yes,with information and knowledge but he communicated with kindness, patience and empathy...and he never made me feel rushed. This review comes from my heart. With many thanks for the care I received from the first phone call to making the appointment for my procedure.Every person I came in contact with was lovely. The girl at the front desk who checked me inwas delightful; the wonderful nurse who went over my medications and allergies etc. She was tops!!! She made me feel calm to meet the doctor. Aspecial thank you to them. Everyone wore a smile and made eye contact. Please give a special thank you to Dr Blank and his staff. I was very pleased. Another note: the office was so clean and brightly lit.
