She was quick, knowledgeable and knew all of my statistics before she saw me

Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Doctor had time for questions and gave me clear direction. They scheduled my follow up procedure during that visit which was very helpful.

From the time I walked in the door every one was very nice and helpful.

She didn't know exam. She walked in, told me she looked at all the notes she needed to and that she already knew the game plan. Told me what she was going to do. I tried to give some input and she cut me off to continue her spiel. I had absolutely no voice and what I was trying to say, apparently didn't matter enough to her to listen to. Thankfully, the office manager was amazing, and I really felt heard by her. She salvage the situation and I feel confident in who she selected for me to follow up with and as a result, I am willing to give the practice one more shot

I'd just like to say that yes, all the staff was very good, but the doctor was really nice and explained everything, answered all my questions. He actually gave me more information than I probably needed. The woman who handled setting up for my procedure and explaining what's gonna happen, sorry, I don't remember her name. was really so nice, gave me a phone number to reach out to her. If I have any further questions, I've just been really happy with the care that I've been receiving from all the virtual physicians.

I was very impressed with the fact that I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room and was taken right back. Thank you.
