You asked if I would recommend people to your health care. I have recommended people to your health care and when they call, there's no appointments for anybody for the next year. My mom has tried for two years to get into the doctors where I go and she's at some other doctor because she can't wait nine months for her first appointment. That's all.

This was my best experience at Virtua in the past year. Every staff person I came in contact with was sincerely friendly and kind and interactive. This is a very big deal to me; I have been a hospital MSW for many years and care very much about interpersonal skills at a health care setting. The physician was a good mix of intelligence and compassion; definitely would recommend him to any age group.

Dr. Silverman is awesome. That day, the only thing and the only person that I can say that I would like to recommend that she gets more training is the front desk. She was at the front desk and she just wasn't very, it was her condescending behavior. So that's about the only thing, only person that I would say needed any assistance. Dr. Silverman is the best doctor around.

Didn't know my history regarding the previous reasons I was with an endocrinologist (related to pregnancy). Was dismissive of my concerns with the provider he referred me to when I expressed disinterest in seeing that provider because of their thoughts on my ADHD medication (telling me it was unnecessary). Expressed a belief he is a good provider and old school however, if I am not treated for my ADHD I will become severely depressed.

Totally trust Dr Silverman

This place will completely hold you up over money. I get a call 8am to ask me about my insurance on the same day. I tell them that the insurance is updated. They tell me to come in and I live over an hour away. I get there and they tell me my insurance has an issue. The whole time they're running my wife's insurance and not mine. The last time I came I was pulled over by a local police officer when I was almost at the appointment. I call them and they tell me that it will be fine. I show up and they reschedule me months out. I had already waited months for that appointment. I ended up having to go somewhere else. Dr. Silverman is an excellent doctor but there are staff members that really need to get it together. Almost everyone there that day was complaining about something dealing with the upfront staff.

Ofc visit was nice as usual but the person at the front desk when you walk in had attitude.

The front desk was not very nice. I walked in no greeting. The front desk was on an iPad with another employee. I had to wait for them to finish. She got to me started to ask about my information. I responded everything is the same. Her reply in a nasty tone. I STILL have to ask you these questions I ignored her comment and kept going. She told me my co pay I paid. She gave me a receipt I said thank you. She said nothing. Very rude. The tech in the room was phenomenal she had a unique name. But her energy and vibe was amazing. Loved her

Front desk check-in was not a welcoming experience. Technician was busy with another patient but wanted to do two things at once, half ignoring me while getting my name in the computer.

The medical assistant is terrible. She doesn't update my med list. When I ask her to print lab work and recent ultrasound, xray, ct scan or MRI results, she prints out the wrong results. I write the dates of service and ordering doctors names on a piece of paper for her and she still hands the doctor the wrong results. Then he has to go and print the correct results.

Dr. Silverman was great. Appreciate his interest, focus and recommendations relative to my concerns current state of health and questions.

Dr. Silverman and his team are wonderful. To be honest I tell everyone that he is a great doctor But I have stopped recommending him on social media because it has made it harder to get an appointment with him.

Dr. Silverman gave me all the help/advice I needed in a very professional manner.

The provider treated me horribly. He talked about me right outside the door before he came in, never had met me before. When he came in, I told him I heard everything he said about me. He didn't listen to me after he had apologized and told me to just go home and stick a warm compress on my neck. Even though I had a blister that was filling up under my tongue with pus, and I explained to him that I probably needed an antibiotic because I have to take an antibiotic before I even go to the dentist because of my heart condition. I had to ask him several times to please place me on an antibiotic because under my tongue the pus was settling. It was going all the way into my neck, which I had a large lump.

It's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Silverman and his Medical Assistant. I've been a patient of Dr. Silverman for years and know that he is focused on my wellbeing. He is thorough and actively listens to my concerns. He is a dedicated and caring doctor.
