My recent visit was outstanding. The staff was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Dikengil is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my well-being. She took the time to understand my needs and provided a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan. I felt truly cared for throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend the practice.

The experience was fine in every respect except for the parking situation. The parking lot at this particular practice was very limited. There were no spots available and no where to wait for a spot to open up. I couldn't easily call the front desk to notify them that I had arrived but was unable to go in because of all the voicemail options. Eventually, someone left so I could park. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

The doctor took the time to sit with me and explain things. She showed me pictures of the X-rays taken at the hospital and explained everything. She we discussed the situation and decided what would be best. If I had any other concerns or questions to call. I did not feel rushed. The receptionist seen I had my hands full and helped me out to the car. I have no complaints.

Fusun was very attentive to my inhaler problem, very friendly and nice, she explained things to me and got me the inhaler I needed, all in all it was a very pleasant meeting and I'm thinking about changing doctors.

The Dr was running behind due to an emergency and the staff kept me informed and the Dr apologized when she was able to see me, after a short delay. Very appreciated as if to acknowledge that my time mattered also and to know if I needed emergent assistance this office will be there.

Everyone treated me very well and we were all professional and kind. Thank you.

Well, I want to say that I finally have confidence in the pulmonary doctors there. They made me feel that I truly do have something wrong. For the longest time, I felt like I was going through something and I couldn't figure it out. And they are the best. All I can say is I'm so happy that I met Dr. D. She is fantastic. I know that you are going to do great things to help me get better so I can live a healthy, long life. And I really appreciate it. God bless everybody there and the doctors at Virtua and especially the nurses. Again, thank you so much.

During my process of having an open heart surgery, my current CPAP broke and they are helping me obtain a replacement. The replacement process takes around six weeks. Add a time at a time when I need a CPAP and a good nights rest more than ever before. I can't have it have to wait six weeks. I know it's my fault because I did not continue and have no records with any pulmonary professionals. I wish that this process could go faster but the first step has taken over five days and I have still not received the TESTING material in the mail. I will continue using your service and praying for a good nights sleep.

Dr. remembered me from my time in the hospital over a year ago, and was already familiar with my background. I found that to be rather remarkable. She was able to assess my current issues and recommend a course of treatment. She made the necessary referrals and prescriptions and set me up with a timely follow up.

I was having an extremely emotional breakdown and the provider comforted me, made me feel seen, heard and safe. She was amazing!

Hi, uh, yes. Um, doctor, uh, the doc, she was excellent. She went out of her way to figure out what was going on because I was definitely having some complications there as far as my health. She, like I said, she went out of the way, she was diligent. She, she checked our records thoroughly to find out what, you know, what could be the issue. And you know, she, she came up with the right, right. Uh, right. Um, sauce. I mean, she, She said, you're going to investigate these little bits and pieces here, send them to the hospital, see what kind of specimen you have, Paul, and we work it from there. But she was excellent. I can't stress that enough. I appreciate the chance to comment. Anyhow, have a good day. I'm not sure how to get out of it.

I've been seeing several doctors lately and this is the best doctor I've seen.

The appointment was unnecessary. We just went over the scans from the hospital that were from the beginning which I had already seen and had been discussed. I was told that I would be getting a scan to then compare. I had to wait to get approved, make an appointment for the scan, and then a follow-up appointment to discuss the results. Again, this appointment was unnecessary.

Dr. Dikengil was timely and had also clearly studied my medical chart. When we started the appointment she already reviewed the recent labs my PCP had ordered and reviewed some of the things I was trying to do to improve my health through my PCP that hadn't been working. She provided excellent guidance and her expertise treating patients with OSA helped me to get on track with a treatment plan that will help me not only with OSA but other health related issues that have been imposing on my quality of life.

Dr. "D" is just awesome!! She's ALWAYS professional and very approachable. She TRULY listens to me and takes the TIME to explain EVERYTHING to me and she always takes the TIME to answer ANY/ALL questions I may have. I've NEVER SEEN her look at her watch impatiently or say, "I MUST get to my next patient Now"!! (Which I have experienced OFTEN visiting OTHER--NONE OF YOUR--Doctors/Practices!!) And I'd definitely recommend Dr. D to any of my friends or Family!!

I was very satisfied with my first time care from Virtua Pulmonology. When making my appointment the scheduler was very helpful and patient in finding the best provider for me. Dr. Dikengil made me feel comfortable and was very informative.

Everything was fine and everyone at the clinic was great, but the time it takes to get from point A (initial visit) to getting results back and an update/results visit was so long I forgot I even initially went there. If the next step (getting fitted for a new mask) takes this long I may give up. I need help now, not 3 months later
