Outstanding staff and Doctor

Yes, Dr. Gutman came up with a solution that I really liked. She said that they would call me to schedule the injection and I have yet to hear from them. I did get one phone call from them asking what physical therapy place I had my physical therapy, but I have not yet been called about having the injection so that we can start doing something to cure my problem.

Even though I had problems following Google maps and was late, because some appointments were canceled, she saw me for a shorter time period. She was still able to start a treatment plan, and I am very grateful for that.

There was a woman sitting in the waiting room talking Long and loud on a phone and I was surprised that no one came over and told her not to do that and there were no signs regarding that. It was very annoying. Some people are so rude.

I had a wonderful experience. I'm very thrilled with Dr. Gutman's care and I'm sorry, but I'm at dinner, so I'm not really paying attention to my keypad. But I'm very happy with Dr. Gutman. Thank you.

This provider was SUPERB!!! I cannot stress this enough. She listened to me, believed me, and showed me the utmost respect and care. She also educated me in what was going to be done and used a model of the spine. She had a hopeful and positive attitude as well.

It is most difficult to make an appointment by telephone with your physicians you wait 42 in queue very discouraging. It has been this way ever since you switched to Virtua not at all happy.

Dr. Gutman ordered x-rays of my right hip and said someone would call to schedule. When they called to schedule another procedure, no one knew anything about the x-rays. Still waiting on getting this resolved.

They went above and beyond to get all of my records, make sure my information was correct in the system and they even printed out my test results for me. My only complaint was that it was a nightmare getting an appointment, I literally had to go into the office to schedule. Due to the scheduling department never calling me back and having me hold for a very long time just to hang up on me. Scheduling needs to be better.

Navigator, the scheduling group, is absolutely horrible! You can never get through and have to be called back, usually occurs at a time you're not free to talk, and they have no idea of the significance of the patient's needs. Thank God I was able to send a message directly to my doctor and she got me in the next day. NAVIGATOR IS WORTHLESS!
