I just want to say that Gabrielle was amazing. She helped me through the surgery, gave me all the information that I need, always had a smile on her face and made me feel entirely welcome. She's an amazing person.

Both Gabrielle and [REDACTED] were extremely compassionate and patient in explaining what they were looking for and what their procedures would be to help me following my mastectomy. They were very gentle. They were very pleasant and nice to be around. They helped distract me from the more painful part of the procedure. and they were willing to wait if I felt that I needed more time before I did this next step of beginning to fill the, what are they called, the temporary inflators, expanders. So all in all, I had a very good experience and I was treated gently and all my concerns were listened to and answered.
