I love Dr Thapar

The doctor was awesome. The medical assistant bringing us to the back room was extremely rude. We forgot the meter and she stated to us " What good is that going to do for you." When we were checking out the bigger girl was annoyed we didn't want to schedule an appointment with the PA instead of waiting for our usual doctor. When we were leaving I heard her say " They won't make that appointment anyway." I have never had this type of experience with this office before. I don't know what changed but I'm very disappointed

Check-in was prompt and pleasant I was taken in on time to see Dr. Thapar. Assistant took vitals, etc. accurately and was pleasant. And I love Dr. Thapar!

Hi, so just wanted some really good feedback, honestly. And those first few questions, I meant to hit four, not three. So this is like four or five stars, whatever you want to call it, across the board. I've been with Virtual Endocrinology for several years. This was the best appointment by far. Excellent, like, hospitality, right? Just everyone was warm, welcoming, and great. Smooth process. And I did have a lot of very serious questions going in regarding billing. Everyone was tremendous. I couldn't be happier with the service, the quality, and the health care overall. Outstanding job. Wonderful work.

Dr Thapar is well educated in the protocols of diabetes. She listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan of action together.

From scheduling, to the reminders, entering the office, the nurse, doctor and staff It was a great and very happy visit and experience. They did a great job. The Dr listened, cared and talked about continuing future treatment. To make sure I was still monitored for a past medical condition. I was able to have an appt in 6 months instead of 3 months. Since the Dr said my levels were ok. Left feeling happy and relieved.

The doctor is great, she knows her stuff. She explains everything to me very well. All the confusing stuff in my labs was not confusing after we spoke. She's taking my medication seriously increasing it in small increments and I couldn't be more pleased.

A unique experience, thank you for your attention and interest in helping me with my medications.

New patient, had to complete new patient paperwork. Before I could was taken back to exam room. After examination I returned to reception area to complete new patient packet. Handed to receptionist I signed in with and was told to have a seat doctor would see me. I said I was seen already she took packet, placed to the side behind her said nothing and I left office. I am supposed to do bloodwork and bone scan as of today no scripts in my chart.
